When the main stone popped out my engagement ring, I was heartbroken. Thankfully I found the stone!. I brought it all to Cirasella's and they quickly identified the issue with the prongs, and fixed it quickly. It looks as good as new! They did excellent work and I will absolutely be back there again. Highly recommend!

I was having the hardest time finding the perfect wedding band to pair with my engagement ring. After sharing a few inspiration photos and describing exactly what I was looking for, John created the most beautiful and durable but dainty looking band that is simply stunning. My family has been coming to Cirasella's for years and they're the best jewelers. Professional, honest, and really care about their customers. I had a necklace break on my way to visit my parents for the weekend, and John was able and willing to fix it in less than a day. I can't even explain how much it meant to me to get it back before I left town again, and John was just so nice about it.

Don't look to the chain or mall-based stores. The personal attention that you'll receive at Cirasella's is beyond measure. The owner listens, is fair, and will go above and beyond expectations. Here's an example: we bought a white gold chain as a Christmas gift. The purchase came with a 30-day return agreement. The day after Christmas, the chain unfortunately broke. We brought the chain back expecting it to be fixed. Instead, we received a new replacement. Wonderful! At the same visit, we brought another chain in that was tangled and had a broken loop. We expected that we'd need to leave it at the store to have it repaired and fully expected to pay for that repair. Instead, while we waited, the jeweler untangled the chain AND repaired the broken loop. No charge. Finally, same visit, I brought in a watch (a favorite) that, after bringing it to other stores multiple times, was never able to have it fixed; I was told that it was probably a lost cause. The Cirasella's jeweler took a look, changed out the battery (again, no charge) and told me that, if the watch continued to lose time, I may wish to have the internal workings replaced which would be a fraction of the cost of a new watch. That was never an option offered at any other store. So, net/net...although I would never expect ongoing, free service, the personal care and kind service we received at Cirasella's will remain in my memory and will have me returning to Cirasella's for any future jewelry needs. Stellar customer experience!
