Don't do it! Don't use them!!! Horrible service. Forget about trying to get help from them. And if they send you to Montclair don't bother with that either!Pulling all my business (9 various accounts) out!If I could have rated you 0 stars I would have!!!

Employee literally closed the door in my face today at closing when I got there before they locked up. I would have had gladly come back no problem, but for a grown adult to see me and then close the door inches in front of me is just bad for business.

Ive gone to this physical location twice in the past two years both times i had to go to another branch to get my business done. Whats the point of a bank location that cant do banking. But yes. They *did* offer coffee

I've been a Chase customer for many years and have never been particularly happy . They had some nice employees at the West Orange branch I used to use but they closed . I brought in a large cashiers check about a month ago for something I'd sold online . I was suspicious of it and alerted the teller . She said when I went home I should call the bank the check was drawn on and said it looked fine to her . A little while later she called me and said she'd googled it and it might be fraudulent. So I did some more research and confirmed it probably was . I called her back and was told to come in and meet with a manager . We established it was fraudulent and said , no worries we will just freeze your account for a couple of days . The teller also told me this . So today weeks later , I went to the ATM to check a deposit I'd made online because I was going to pay my mortgage. Machine told me to go into the bank and see someone . I went in and was blandly told my account had been permanently closed . I was furious as I had been lied to and not notified . I have automatic bill payments and it could really screw up my credit and life . The bank manager I spoke to was unapologetic, she treated me like a sleazy criminal because I got a fraudulent check from a sleazy criminal . She actually told me I must be stupid if I sell on line and didn't know that check was a scam ( um newsflash I was the one who questioned it ) . She asked me in a very snarky way for my ATM card and I tossed it on her desk . She got up in a huff and said I was treating her like a dog and she wouldn't help me . I said fine and closed my savings account instead . I am so happy to be done with them . They don't know what they are doing and when they make a mistake they double down and start blaming the victim instead of apologizing . Infuriating. Good riddance .

Very nice to get a parking space right outside and I need something notarised really quickly and unfortunately there was a gentleman I forgot his name Herve, I believe who help me notarised some documents that I needed for free Very nice and very fast the big toes wasn't nice I had a free coffee it was nice and quiet I was happy probably one of the better cheese banks that have been to only because it was very peaceful and I am a huge customer of Chase I have almost all of their credit cards and been with them for years
