Your hours are messed up. I constantly get Uber/door dash orders early in the morning, around 5-5:15am, or late at night, around 11:30-11:45 only for the store to be closed despite what the hours are here. How were the hours verified 8 weeks ago (as of today) and y'all already not following that? Change your hours or follow the hours you have listed. It's misleading.

Bought a pair of headphones on Friday 4/5 and they don't work. I stopped in this Monday and the guy said i have 30 days to return it but only the manager can help me so i had to go back today 4/9 at 730am. The large beastly woman behind the counter right off the bat was rude. Told me my purchase was over a week old. I said no it's 4 days ago. She then told me i only have 2 days to return something and she can't help me. I said that's not true to which she nastily replied "you're talking too much, just shut your mouth. I don't have to do shit for you." The people in line behind me were appalled. One even told me she's always so nasty to everyone. So i called corporate who did confirm i have 30 days to return the item especially if it's defective and i am entitled to a full refund. $29 for a pair of cheap headphones and this witch refused to help me and had the audacity to be rude for no reason. Everyone in town complains about her and her attitude. I don't know how she still has a job.

Under new management everything looks nice and friendly. Store is very clean . This store is a brand store, I recommend this Higley for daily convenience. Coffee and drinks always fresh

Sign said 2 chocolate milks for 3.50 ,egg salad sandwich 5.19 and Cigarettes were supposed to be 7+ per pack ,I got 2 .total 29.20 ? This happend at the 711 store in bloomfield too .It seem that each 711 make up what ever price their greedy hearts wants. There is no display on the register so you get your surprise at the end. Well I will no longer goto 711 I'm done . Quick check at least is more transparent with their trans action . My uncle used to own a 711 back in the 70s when it was an honorable store.

Got some bots giving 5* you can check their other reviews to confirm, looks like a trash 711 with zero warm food selection. Been here before like years ago and had to stop by somewhere else for breakfast cause they had zero selection lol. Also apparently my mom stopped by today, and I don't let that stuff slide, but my mom got 2 taquitos and said they was made bad, messed with her stomach. Ghetto 711 in Verona, it was a like water Splashed on Mt face after I was at the beautiful Verona park.

The establishment is not open & it states on google that it’s open 24/7, it’s always suppose to be open but hey maybe the guys on a break or whatever, the place looks nice from the side walk: if it’s closed then turn the lights off.

Employees are so kind and nice! There are lots of delicious options to choose from when your at this 7-11. If your ever in Verona I highly recommend this store!

It’s incredibly rare that I review an establishment or go out of my way to leave a bad review ..but it’s important that 7 eleven knows what kind of employees it hires . As I can see by other reviews here ..most people are complaining about the same employee. The heavy set woman working afternoon of 12/11/2021 is as rude as can get . I have had multiple experiences with her but today took the cake.I try my best to stay courteous , but she is dismissive combative and not helpful. The last straw was my experience today in which she decided to take her time before starting my transaction doing other things she felt was more important , she then proceeded to leave my items(multiple of them) after the transaction on the table . I kindly asked for a bag , she rolled her eyes and literally threw the bag at me . I asked her to bag my items as she would do any other customer and decided to ask her what her issue is . I feared her issue could be with what I looked like, but as I can see by the other reviews ..she’s simply just a terrible person . My message to corporate or the owner of this franchise Be kind and at worst be neutral , you don’t know what anyone is going through . I got every emotional at her behavior because it’s been repetitive and disheartening and also uncalled for
