My car broke down 1hr. Away from vernon & had used Vernon Tire & Auto Spa in the past, when my entire muffler fell off my "98" Toyota Carolla. Marcello the owner stopped everything he was doing when I had come in w/ my broken muffler & fixed it right away. He is by far the MOST HONEST DECENT AFFORDABLE mechanic I have EVER delt w/. So this time around when my "07" Honda Accord broke down it was already after hrs., but I still had it towed to Vernon Tire & Auto Spa. I called & left Marcello a voicemail & also a brief note w/ my car keys & a description as to what occured w/ my vehicle. The very next morning he took It in one of his bays assessed the vehicle & I needed a new ball barring & axle for my front left tire. He worked on it & I only went exactly 1 day w/out having a vehicle. Not ONLY is Marcello an honest & Great mechanic he is beyond trust worthy & does work quick & diligently! I wouldn't trust anyone else w/ my car other then him! It's a shame there aren't more Hard working honest mechanics like him out there!

Fantastic mechanic- the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with.
Always picks up the phone, very well organized, and reasonably priced.
My car is Italian, and because of that, parts are really hard to find. I’ve had previous mechanics hold my car for up to three months(!!) because they had a hard time finding parts. This guy finds parts within days, and won’t hold your car hostage. He will call you when the parts arrive, and the turnaround time is ridiculously fast. It’s always been SAME DAY turnaround time, which is unheard of.
They are super flexible with car drop off/pick ups for those who have a long work schedule- I always drop off my car at night (they have a key drop off box) and pick up the very next day! (Usually in the morning, before noon!)
Additionally, for those who are wary of being taken advantage of- rest easy! He sends videos of parts malfunctioning & offers to fix only the most critical parts. He’s very conscious of taking your time and money, and I really appreciate that!
All in all, ten stars for this place- awesome communication, organization, flexible, and conscientious! So grateful to have an amazing mechanic right down the street ?

Highly recommend Vernon Tire & Auto Spa! Could have, probably would have, been taken for a ride (no pun intended). Marcello was extremely honest that I didn’t need the major repair I (& family members) was dreading - feel this is a shop I can totally trust to not take advantage of this senior citizen. Best place in town!! I brought my car due to breaks barely working and making noises. Long story short, my car came out breaking like it was new with no noise at all!!Marcelo provided me with exceptional customer service!! Definitely will stop by again if needed.
