Worst post office ever. Their phones haven't worked in literally YEARS. I keep getting mail from someone who moved out years ago. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

This post office is the worst in Sussex County. Lost mail. Late mail. Missed delivery. Busted phones. Rude service. Everyone here and the Postmaster should be reviewed and fired. Go to McAfee or Hamburg. Grade F.

The most welcoming place in Vernon. We've had to pickup most of our packages here over the last year. Of all the lovely places we frequent in town, I have always felt most welcome here! Worked in customer service my whole life so I must shoutout the wonderful service I've received here without fail. Thank you

Very nice post master but damn the building was on fire and our resupply for the AT was in there so now we are sad and food less hope the building is ok

A lot of the reviews for this USPS are old and not accurate. I've utilized several post offices in my life and this Vernon post office is by far one of the ABSOLUTE BEST ONES. The staff is phenomenal, they go above and beyond normal routine customer service. They exemplify how a post office and business should operate. Hands down 5 stars.... A extra special recognition to Shannon and Lauren and recently hired new staff. Keep up the excellent job.

While being understaffed these guys do a good job. It’s a big town and the roads can be severely affected by weather, and they still manage. I think they all deserve a vacation for the job they do. Just remember while you sat home they still delivered and were open. Every business is understaffed and people have to do way more than they are supposed to, so maybe be more patient and understanding.

This place is complete garbage. No one is ever at the front desk. Every excuse is that they are under staffed. Packages marked as ready for pick up never are. Report this place so they can get shut down.

Been having issues with USPS lately whether it's the senders fault putting the wrong address or unit number, the mail getting lost, or USPS putting it in the neighbors mailbox by accident when the address is correct. These have all been problems lately and when I order things online it doesn't even give me a choice to pick UPS or FedEx it always just send through USPS. The staff at this particular post office are usually friendly and try to help the best they can, but it's just been a bad luck streak lately with mail and packages.

I went there to send off small package however I was standing there for 7 minutes no help employee was in back talking about personal issues then employee Shanon came to front ask me do need help I said yes then she forget to assist me and start unloading stuff so I said what is going on here a pregnant employee came to help and apologized then Shanon said I’m sorry I forget to help you worse employee won’t be doing business there no more Sad
