I have been using this facility for years, they have always been flexible with my requests for storage. Brittany takes care of everything, their is no need to go anywhere else for your storage needs.

I have been renting here in Vernon for a few years now and the units are good and clean , Mark in the office is great as well. He is always friendly and helpful .

Online says free month and still get bill for first month so I have to call and wait for adjustment. Haven’t even moved in yet and things are incorrect

We have been renting a storage unit for over 3 years, originally from Five Star Store It, now a part of Storage Rentals of America. Mark Policht, the property manager is the best. We have down-sized twice, and he has been extremely helpful, patient, and courteous. Mark is a pleasure to deal with whenever we call or go into the office. He is a real gem and a keeper!

Oh what can I even say my experience was so benevolent. I met a man named Mark policht, he didn’t give me his name at first but he came to my aid on opening the gate and showing me my storage unit. He inthralled me with his story of his city life. And when time was ready I agreed. We drove to the office were I met his associates, Britany. There were so nice and easy to work with honestly I would buy another but pockets said no. And when all said in down I am now a Proud owner of a storage unit.

Quick and easy rentals! From the time I sent an on line inquiry to the response was less then 10 minutes. Rates are reasonable units clean and secure friendly staff.
