John and Andrew have been my go to for many many years and I refer everyone I know to them! They are always accurate and they always have time to schedule me. I depend on my car so desperately up here in the country and they keep me running! They also explain everything to me are not condescending , and are so truthful . I would not go to any other Mechanic in Sussex County. PS they also get my twisted sense of humor, which is wonderful.

John is fantastic! Came in late after in a pinch and He was able to get me back on the road in a timely manner. Very reasonable I highly recommend John at Tim’s auto!

Have a Nissan Frontier P/U . There was a tie rod and steering problem, which required some new front end parts installed. All good now, thanks to a great job by John…over at Tim’s Auto in Vernon, NJ. Great service, plus my truck was completed in a very timely manner. Would recommend them to anyone.

I broke down early in the morning. I had the car towed to the shop. It was quickly diagnosed and repaired while I waited. After a 1 1/2 hours later, alternator and new battery was installed and I was on my way. Thanx Tim's

Told me I needed all four pads and rotors done, they did the back but I did the fronts months later and saw the rotors were barely warped and pads had almost all there life left, they didnt even take off the tire, it was completely corroded like it was there for years, not honest.

Tims Auto helped me get my car fixed fast and efficiently. I am glad that they were able to get the parts for my car so quickly. I mostly communicated with John and he was so professional and friendly. Never made me feel like I was a bother. Thank you!!!
