It took 4 or 5 in person visits WITH hard copy of New Insurance cards for them to finally update and fix. A few times they keep refilling after I've requested to stop.

If every appointment is booked through for two weeks everywhere within 20 miles of me, could you make it a little easier to discover that than forcing me to individually check each location for each day only to be told over and over that their is no availability? Extremely infuriating waste of time

I got on the drive-thru line at 12:05, it's now 12:35 and they just bite finished serving the second person. 15 minutes per customer is RIDICULOUS! How much effort does it take to pull the bag off the shelf, hand it to the customer and take the money?!? If anybody here is making more than minimum wage CVS is getting ripped... read full comment
