Overall a nice store that has a Starbucks inside. However, wildly expensive as compared to other local markets.

Horrible customer service. Bare shelves. Overpriced products. No produce. This store used to be tolerable for an item or 2. Now it’s filled with incompetent, nasty individuals. I stopped in to pick up my daughter’s formula. They have it locked behind the self check out registers. It was early in the morning and no customers checking out. A middle aged woman working the self check out was standing doing nothing. I asked if she could open the formula case for me and she nastily responded she didn’t have the key and i had to go to customer service for it. There happened to be a line at customer service so i asked the woman at self check out if she could please get the key, as my 11 month old was squirming in my arms. She let out a disgusted sigh, rolled her eyes and proceeded to yell to the courtesy counter to give her the formula key. Everyone in the area turned to stare. It was a disgusting interaction. As a pediatric nurse i find it horrid that a woman would treat a mom trying to buy her baby formula in that manner. Any company that chooses to employ individuals such as this woman should be shut down. From then forward i will take the extra 15 min drive to ShopRite in Sussex or Warwick & sway who ever will listen to avoid this disgrace of a store.

We go here when we need an item or two last minute or else we take the drive to shoprite in warwick. Today we went and asked a woman walking around with an acme shirt a question, she quickly told us she was off the clock. Don't know about her, but I work in the service industry and actually take pride in what I do. Even if I were off the clock I would be helpful to my clients or customers. She directed us to someone that could help, we asked our question and he basically responded with a condensing answer. Interactions like this can put a damper on your mood. Especially because we had such a good day then awhile after we're put off by the feeling of this interaction. It's not like either of them were having a bad day because as we walked off (and made to feel stupid for even asking the question) they both had a nice chuckle. So with that being said, rude staff, expired food. Will from now on take my business elsewhere
