TOMASELLO crew went “the extra mile” to my rescue!
I am so thankful that I chose this excellent service center. TOMASELLO staff came to my “dead” car and charged it enough to drive it to their facility. I also needed 150K routine maintenance, which I authorized and they quickly completed. Hours later they brought my car back so I avoided cost of towing to drop off AND cost of Uber or Lyft to pick it up. I am lucky that I was told about their excellent car care & terrific customer service by several TOMASELLO’s customers of many years. I’m sharing a rave review with family, friends and strangers! You won’t be sorry - they “go the extra mile!”

Fair and friendly service at Tomasello’s.I’ve had a few routine oil changes and tire rotations done here, all reasonably priced.Recently, I had a nail puncture my tire about 30 minutes before Tomasello’s closed for the day. Eager to fix it ASAP, I called and asked if they could repair it immediately - Junior told me to head right over (given I was only 5 minutes out). He had my tire plugged in a few minutes and I was good to go.I highly recommend this place!

Junior tried to help me with my tire (it had a nail in it). I was unable to locate my tire key for him to remove the tire, and he kept apologizing for not being able to help. He suggested the dealership could help. This was all while standing in the rain. This place is all about the customer.

I used to work for this company. I can say from personal experience that both Chris and Junior are both great people. I learned a lot of what I know now about engine performance and electrical diagnostics from Chris. Any of the bad reviews that are posted on here must have a reason behind them, like someone was having a bad day or something, because I never saw or heard Chris or Junior give anyone a hard time or give preferential treatment to "white people". That review is just ludacris. This is a family owned business that has been serving the Ventnor and surrounding communities for decades. They go out of there way to make sure that your vehicle is repaired correctly the first time and do it with a smile! If I ever have an issue that I could not figure out for myself, then I wouldn't hesitate to go to Chris and pay him for his excellent knowledge of everything automotive.
