Beautiful boutique hotel. Just a few feet from the Boardwalk & beach. Everything was clean, well taken care of. This was our 2nd stay as we had our son with us. We stayed in the suite which had a nice sized living room & a nice kitchen with full siz refrigerator , dishwasher, stove and dishes & utensils. Definitely worth the extra money. Much nicer staying here than in the casinos. No staff in hotel but when we needed more towels and to check the hot water they were very responsive. We’ll stay here again. We loved it, especially the location!

great location. super clean. room was what we signed up for, 2x queens, no extra space ie no table or chair at all. that said, plenty of shared space on front patios. they were clean and nice.

This was a wonderful little beach house. We were steps away from one of our favorite beaches. The facility was beautiful and clean. We will definitely be coming back every year.

Really love this place; it is impeccably clean and well-designed and the access to the beach and boardwalk can't be beat. Appreciated the Starbucks Keurig cups and beach chairs and beach tags and many other included touches. We made good use of the two communal porches, especially the second floor porch with the clearer ocean view.
There are a few caveats:
No parking onsite. Not an issue for us, and we found a spot less than a block away, but worth making sure others are aware before booking (you can use the 15-minute loading zone spot when you arrive).
The Primary King had everything we needed, but is a snug space.
We were in unit 201, in the front, and had a hard time falling asleep one night because guests were on the communal porch right outside of our window, talking until late. Ask for a room further back if looking to avoid that.
And yes, the contactless check-in means no employees are on-site. With that said, we had a question during our stay and were able to reach someone with one quick call.

Loved having a place to gather with our family & friends. Worked out perfect!
Rooms: We had 2 rooms. We were able to squeeze in a pack n play in one room in the kitchen or bedroom. & other room next to the sofa.
Only real limitation is only one bathroom in the bedroom. Rooms are clean, fresh, decorated really nice & ready to go. Loved the keyless entry!
Food and drinks: Any dining needs can be satisfied w/in walking.

We loved everything about this place. It was clean, modern, close to the beach and restaurants. Check in/out was seamless.
We will definitely be back.
Rooms: Clean, modern, great size.
Nearby activities: Sushi, boardwalk, pizza, kosher restaurant and walkable to Chabad of Ventnor.
Walkability: Near everything! Ventnor farmers market on fridays.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. Location, cleanliness and comfort 5 stars.
Rooms: The rooms were cute. They are small but comfortable, the owners utilized the space they had. Nice little table with 2 chairs, a wet bar area that had a coffee pod machine, 2 wine glasses, 2 coffee mugs and all amenities for morning coffee. Nice walk in showers( water pressure could have been stronger but not a deal breaker.) they give 4 sets of towels and if you need more then you reach out to them the night before. We managed to run into a cleaning lady who gave us new towels and took our old ones. Other than that there is nowhere to put your used towels except leaving them in the bathroom. They give you 2 beach chairs that are located under the bed and also a beach bag with 2 beach badges which were nice and clean and also a nice touch. Oh and the bed..they were so comfortable. We slept so good.
We will definitely be staying here again.
Safety: To enter the hotel and your room they give you a code. We felt safe at night knowing the only people entering the building were guest and employees. Remember this is contactless. No one is at the front desk.
Walkability: If you love to walk on the boardwalk then you will love the hotel location. This hotel is walking distance to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Noteworthy details: There is no elevator so if you cam’t carry your luggage up a few flight of steps then this hotel is not for you. It’s a shame cause you will be missing out on this cute hotel. There was also no hotel parking but you can park on the streets and we had no problem finding spots even on a holiday weekend.

Great experience at Surrey House. Location was ideal, right next to the boardwalk/beach. Hotel & rooms were very clean, newly renovated, and digital check-in process was super easy to navigate. Overall great experience and would def stay again!

Excellent experience. Room was nice and clean. Room is small but the layout was very efficient. The only issue was had was that we ran out of toilet tissue and since the office is not onsite, it was a bit inconvenient. It was great being so close to the beach.
The room came equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, and a small fridge. They also provide beach chair, beach tags and a beach bag.
I would definitely be returning toSurrey Beach House.
Walkability: Can walk on the board walk, and around . Felt safe walking in the area

Just spent two nights and three days at the Surrey House and it was perfect! Clean, convenient to the beach, and very comfortable!! Great addition to Ventnor !!
