Geri grooms my 3 small dogs and she is very gentle and caring. My pups come home happy and calm. They look and smell great! I've used many groomers over the years and I can tell by my pup's demeanor if it was a good or bad experience. My dogs always come back from Geri with a happy attitude. I am happy with Pawpurrazzi! it's never a long wait and that is best for the dogs, less stress. Dog grooming is a very difficult job, but Geri makes it a pleasant experience for us. I've been going there for a few years now, always a good job.

I want the public to know my dog DIED here getting his nails clipped in Nov 2023. He was a 6 year old bulldog. It took her close to 30 minutes to clip his nails and mentioned he should of been given a Benadryl but it was the first time my husband and I took him there. She informed us my son brought him and he snapped at him so she was going to muzzle him. Again, my husband and I trusted her. My husband was holding him and mentioned he did not look right. She was like he is fine. When my husband unhooked him his head hit the table and he was gone. It was so horrific because we were both there. I did not hear her say a word. She did not apologize to us. Now it is Xmas and our family is devastated. Please do NOT take your dog there. I normally never right comments or reviews but he was a part of our family and this is too painful not to pass along.

Extremely happy with Pawpurrazzi the Owner is amazing she treats my dog like family and gives me tips on training and keeping him healthy. I've used her for grooming and Boarding I'm extremely satisfied!

MY PUP DIED HERE!!! I took my dog Odie here two years ago for a hair cut and bath, I dropped him off and she sat with us to get to know him better and assured me that he was going to be ok, because, besides being groomer, she told me she had worked as a vet tech for quite sometime. An hour and a half into the appointment she called and told me my dog died. She said he just started seize up, nothing made sense. He was also perfectly healthy. We had just taken him to the vet 2 weeks prior. When we picked my dog up, she tried to have us exit through the back, but I refused and left through the front door. Heartbreaking. I will never forget. Wish I could give no stars.

I had a great experience here for a year. Gerri did an excellent job and you can see that she really cares for the dogs. Unfortunately, one day when I brought the dog in for a bath she decided to give my long-haired dog a poodle type haircut. This is not an appropriate cut for this breed, and more importantly I never asked for the dog to get a haircut. Needless to see given that my dog was older, her coat was ruined for the duration of her life and she looked silly. After that I never went back. I think Gerri felt she needed a cut, and somehow thought I would approve of a cut that no dog of her breed has. I had to switch groomers as a result of this.

The worst groomer to ever go to! Took my dog in because I had no choice, other groomers were booked up but I would never take my little fur baby there ever again! The worst quality I’ve ever seen! Dog came back ever dirtier than I left her so I doubt they gave her a proper bath. The hair was cut so short my dog ended up looking horrible. My dog has had irritated skin ever since the cut with several razor burns I’m assuming and the poor quality bath, ended up having to take her to the vet. BE AWAREEE! DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE EVER, EVEN IF IT IS YOUR LAST RESORT! I should be getting my money back because I ended up spending more money with the vet due to this groomer visit!

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my dog who is a poodle mix for a wash and TRIM and I emphasize trim because when I got my dog back she was completely shaven. And no her hair was not matted so that it was impossible to comb or brush through that it needed to be buzzed. When the groomer brought my dog out and I asked why she did it her response was “oh it’ll just grow back.” I don’t know who she thinks she is to just do whatever is easier or whatever she wants when she’s being paid to do a service the way a customer specifies. If she couldn’t complete the service than she should have called and let me know. I have had dogs for 30 years and I have never had a grooming experience as bad as this. She did not even shave her evenly she was uneven all over I spent an hour after I got home fixing it! Unless you want your dog looking like a clown do not come here.She was not matted what so ever. By the owners response she clearly condones the groomer just shaving the dog without consulting the owner and completely has no response to the horrible shave job that was even given. This is not the only review with the same complaint and clearly nothing has changed. The only thing that damages this business is the way the business conducts its service.

Complete lack of communication. I asked several times for a general price range for a simple bath and brush, they refused to give me one until they could “evaluate her coat”. Brought her in for said evaluation, gerri kept her to do the appointment on the spot still without providing a price range. She kept my dog hostage (along with my brother in laws) for 12 HOURS and barely did anything. My dog is still covered in mats and knots - she never even touched my BILs dog- and then had the absolute nerve to charge $190. This place is a complete ripoff. I will never go back. I am LIVID.EDIT TO ANSWER OWNERS REPLY:1. My dog was not 100% matted as you keep saying. I was very upfront about the level of knots she had and specifically mentioned her neck and stomach as the two truly bad spots that needed attention. Neither of these were looked at at all.2. Funny how suddenly my dog was so anxious all day when Gerri kept calling me and telling me how well behaved she was and how she couldn’t believe how calm she was…seems like you all need to get your story straight.3. Gerri did not offer to “finish” anything. I had to tell her my dogs neck was still completely knotted and her response was “oh well you know that happens sometimes”. We then sat on the sidewalk for 45 minutes while she aggressively raked at my dogs throat. At nearly 10pm I had had enough and said we needed to leave as I had people waiting in the car for me. But quite frankly, even if she HAD offered to “finish the job” it is still unacceptable that after 12 hours she wasn’t already done.4. Once I got home Gerri was kind enough to reach out and let me know that if I was unhappy with her work I had only myself to blame as she had to “fight through all the neglect my dog was clearly suffering at my hands”Your shop is unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about the job that is done.

I brought my 2 year old corgi, Winnie, in for a wash to help with shedding her summer coat and Gerri was amazing! I was super nervous leaving her since she can be a bit skittish and nervous around other dogs but she warmed up so quickly. She was very patient when she had to brush through her coat over and over again, and made Winnie feel very safe when it came to the blow dryer and the dremmel. The entire process took a little over an hour and when I picked Winnie up, she noticeably had less hair around her neck and thighs, where her shedding was the worst. Her coat looked phenomenal and Gerri took amazing care of her.If you need a very sweet groomer in the area, I would highly recommend Pawpurrazzi!! Thank you so much!!

Lady is extremely nice. However she lacks communication. Seems like she over books on appointment. Groomer “forgot” to trim our dogs neck, so we spent 30 minutes outside the shop at 9pm while the groomer corrected her mistake.
