I have been here several times. The teachers change a lot except for the owner. The classes are good but the room is claustrophobic. I wish she taught in the outer room with windows!!!!! The other yoga studio down the street that closed had a sun filled studio and I miss that. So the classes are good but she needs desperately to swap the front room and middle room.

Great variety of classes, Flow, yin, Hatha ,Qigong,etc.Took Vanessa's Booty Lift today,wow. She's an awesome teacher, patient, gives great assists! Felt like I got a massage and workout all in one.Taken classes with Deana and Amy too, loved them all. Doesn't matter level of experience they give adjustments to all.Studio has good feel, cute store in front.
