This pharmacy has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER seen! The guy Pharmacist is so rude and unprofessional. I am so unhappy with the service I have received from this CVS. It is always something with them! 3 people ahead of Me today had something wrong with thier prescriptions also. I spoke personally to thus gentleman 4 days ago to get my medicine refilled, then worked all day and went to pick them up and it wasn't ready. They asked me to step to the "drop off" window while they helped they remaining people in line, which really I needed more help so they should have helped not had us all go wait in another line that no one was working at. Terrible customer service. I don't even know why I am leaving a review, because If they can't provide customer service in a store what makes me think they will even look at this. One time is understandable, 75% of the time I go in there...is NOT! GET IT TOGETHER VENTNOR CVS!

We went there for passport photos. A nice lady took the pictures but when we got home, we saw that only one set was us usable. I called and spoke to a lady staff member who started getting loud and telling me off on the phone. She was rude and wouldn’t hear my side. I think her name sounded like neenja. I told her I was coming back there to get them redone. Why doesn’t someone treat these people customer service? If you don’t like your job, then quit.

Rude and unhelpful pharmacist and tech. Wow. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review but that was just a horrible experience. The shelves are bare of the basics and trying to pick up my RX I was treated like I was really putting them out. The entire staff looked annoyed that customers were in the store.

I was visiting Atlantic City and ran out of my inhaler. I went to the wrong CVS, then found the right one (this one). I arrived about 4 minutes after closing. I explained my situation, and the wonderful woman behind the gate helped me immensely. She didn't have to, but she did, and I am so grateful. Thank you so much!!

Love my cvs in Ventnor-they are always so welcoming and everyone is friendly-if you are looking for something they are there to direct you to where you can find it -thank you guys for a pleasant experience
