Best pharmacy ever. Got covid vaccine free with my insurance same day with no waiting time while walgreens couldn’t do it. Stuff is amazing too thank you!

Rude and unhelpful pharmacist and tech. Wow. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review but that was just a horrible experience. The shelves are bare of the basics and trying to pick up my RX I was treated like I was really putting them out. The entire staff looked annoyed that customers were in the store.

Well I was at the pharmacy in the evening and for some reason the line was not moving so by the time I got up to the counter the item I came there for was out of stock you believe it I was in a line for 15/20mins for nothing.

This is the most inefficient, u professional pharmacy ever. They never pick up the phone they lie about it \\u0026 never have all your scripts ready. I wanted prove they don't pick up the phone after calling them 2 data straight so I went there and while talking to them I dialed the number \\u0026 no one picked up!! While talking to the pharmacist \\u0026 being on hold at the same time he went on to explain that they are so slammed hence the problem. That is understood but lying isn't!! That's why CVS is going out of business. INEFFICIENCY, UNPROFESSIONALISM \\u0026 NOT BEING RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH TO ADDRESS \\u0026 FIX THE PROBLEM!!

I rarely post but had to tonight because I was treated so rudely by the CVS Pharmacy manager, unfortunately I did not get his name. I scheduled an online appointment for a vaccine and received a text confirming my 5 o'clock appt. When I arrived he said my appointment was at 6 He wouldn't even look at my phone he didn't care. He did not try to accommodate me by at least telling me how much longer I would have to wait. He said 6 only and very arrogant and ignorant and rude.

Beware of ordering a specialty drug. Without notifying you, they will submit it to CVS specialty pharmacy, a national company, you will receive the most unimaginable horrible service possible. I spoke over a one week period to a different representative each time. Each promised resolution, so that I could receive my cancer drug. This entailed the most red tape imaginable. I have given up.
