I used their delivery service.
I got a call from my delivery driver. He was saying something but I couldn’t understand. I thought it was a bad connection. Finally he says “no English “. What? How am I supposed to help find my apartment ? Finally some random guy in the parking lot shows him where I live. Delivery guy has piled my 12 pack of soda on top of LETTUCE and produce which is now crushed and bruised.
Acme was difficult to contact. When I finally did get a person they offered me a refund in 5-7 days. No help on redelivery. They kindly offered the option to reorder. What if I don’t have money for another grocery delivery for 5-7 days.
Absolutely terrible service.
I spent over 30 minutes dealing with this. I might as well have gone myself instead of paying them to deliver.

The pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful. They always do their best. Eric is always helpful and friendly. They all try to do more just to help as best they can.

If you have the option of not using this pharmacy do yourself a favor and do not go to the pharmacy they are unprofessional with no knowledge and just plain out lazy..If you so happen to speak to Eric he is the only smart one

Very convenient to Ventnor, Margate and AC. Produce is really good and a pretty strong deli. The staff are nice and helpful. Good bread choices and other grocery store essentials. Rewards program and app give spec

If you are trying to practice correct social distancing avoid this store! I’m a Type1 diabetic and walked past customers and employees alike walking against the posted arrows on the floor. Watched a customer with his mask under his chin come down the aisle the wrong way and cough as he was selecting an item. An ACME worker then walked the wrong way past him and didn’t even say a word. My family and I have spent thousands of dollars in this store only to be treated with utter

My family and I have spent thousands of dollars in this store only to be treated with utter disrespect by the older white man with a beard and glasses who is supposed to help with the self check out (today he was wearing his superhero red shirt.) Very disrespectful and unprofessional! Only three lanes were open and they were packed with customers. Instead of trying to manage the flow, groups of people were left stuck in the lanes and in the walkways and social distancing went completely out the window. (People were on top of each other!) This same self checkout employee (who is ALWAYS disrespectful) didn't care that I was trying to check out in the self check out due to the overcrowding in the lanes and shut the terminal down and flexed his supermarket muscles by calling for the manager (who was literally a few feet away from him) over the PA system. Funny how after my family and I went back to the lanes, that had died down by this point, we checked out and passed Mr. Supermarket Hero who was helping a white woman (I happen to be black) and she had been at the terminal much longer than it took us to move and check out at a lane. Guess you earn brownie points with him if you are the right color as well. The store is in such sad shape and it won't be too much longer before cases of COVID hit Ventnor due to the lack of oversight here. Looks like my family and I will need to venture farther out for simple respect and safety. I would suggest you and your family do the same.

Always good sales which is how I have to buy anymore. Some items are so high priced that I just won't buy them anymore. The staff is friendly and helpful. I returned a bag of salad that went bad before it's date and the y gave me my money back and a free bag for the inconvenience which I thought was very fair. The Monopoly game is a total waste of time.

Other Acme locations are better. This one ranks last. Don't cater to the local or summer crowd enough. Some food items are excellent.
