My lease for my Ford F-150 was ending, and I was interested in leasing another F-150. So, I went to Maplecrest Ford and saw my guy, Joseph. The dealership itself was very modern and clean, and everyone was very friendly (even salespeople who did not assist me personally). This was not my first car from Maplecrest and both times I went to Joseph, and he was fantastic and personable. At no point did I feel pressured or cornered or that I was being "ripped off." Joseph did a wonderful job meeting my requirements for price and went above and beyond to get me a lease I could afford for a vehicle I wanted. (He even stayed past closing time to make sure this happened). The whole experience was easy and seamless. If you're looking to lease or buy a Ford (or a Lincoln, they sell those too), definitely go with Maplecrest Ford Lincoln and ask for Joseph!

Highly recommend!! Charlie Betzel was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure my desired car. He also kept me well informed along the way about cars that were coming in that matched my ideal price point. It was a pleasure working with Charlie and I would highly recommend him for your next car purchase.

Interestingly, I went to write a review about Maplecrest Ford Lincoln of Union, in New Jersey, on their website and could not. One of the possible reasons for this is that the business might have disabled the option for customers to leave reviews, I learned online. The last review I saw on their website is one I wrote right after I bought the car I am about to write about, which was not positive. I guess they did not want to take the chance of getting any more negative feedback. At the time, I got this reply: "We're sorry to hear it, Gilberto. We'd like to discuss this and improve your opinion of us. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you, Mike Deleo - General Sales Manager - 908-964-7700 ext 5547"The problem is that things have gotten worse, not better, since then. Hence, this review:A few months ago, I took my car to this dealer to repair the gas tank door, which would get stuck and not open. I was also having problems with my wipers. I thought that the warranty covered the issue of the gas tank door, since, when I bought the car, it was rated to be in perfect condition, yet I had had a problem with the gas tank door from day one. (I had called Pat--the customer service representative who used to assist me with my previous car, and who participated in the sale and delivery of the car in question--right away when I left the business with the car and informed him of the problem with the gas tank door, but had not been able to bring it for repair until the day in question. The mechanic concluded that the part--the gas tank door--needed to be replaced, and this was done. And I was advised that the problem I had with the wipers required changing the wipers. I was told that the total was going to be close to $700. Initially, I expressed surprise about the bill but was going to pay it. But then I asked myself, "Why should I pay for this if I had the problem from day one, and had been told that the car was in perfect condition? (All the checkmarks indicated this.) To make a long story short, they eventually agreed that I should not be charged for the part and installation, but was told that it was as a favor to me. In addition, they required that I pay $100. I paid the money because I needed to go home. But with the idea of making a claim to the Ford Headquarters for reimbursement, which I still intend to do. The guy who charged me the $100 was John Davis, who seemed to be some kind of administrator. The problem with the wipers did not get corrected with the replacement of the blades, and I wanted them to reinstall the wipers that came with the car and reimburse the money I was charged. It was $50 or something like that. Why pay $50, if the new wipers did not solve my problem? The diagnosis was wrong! Pat got very upset that I was requesting reimbursement of the money. But this is the mind-blowing part:Instead of crediting my credit card, HE GAVE ME THE MONEY IN CASH! I wondered what the motivation was for giving me the money like that. Not only that, it was HIS OWN MONEY! There would be no record that the original transaction was canceled and the money reimbursed. Why did he take his own money to pay me back? I asked myself, does it work against the workers when situations like this take place, and he did not want it recorded anywhere? The whole thing seemed fishy to me since people are not inclined to just give away $50 to a stranger, particularly when it was legit to simply put the money back in my account. When I was taking my old car to that dealer, they posted these notifications of customer satisfaction awards on the walls. Given the issue of the $50 paid in cash--arguably, under the table-- I wondered if the dealership had earned the awards, at least in part, by covering up negative things, in the way Pat seemingly was covering up the screw-up he did by recommending that I buy something that was not needed, and which resulted in having the mechanic waste time in replacing wipers that were perfectly fine.I would advise the potential and current customers to question the pos

Unusually wide discrepancy between listed price and what they charged when I went in, it was over 33% higher. I expressed that I understand about taxes, registration and etc but this was way over that. I got a lot of attitude and no willingness to negotiate. Also the engine light was on, and they sent me out on my own for the test drive. Wasted trip. They can obviously do whatever they want, it's their business, but at the bottom of dealers I've experienced in terms of service and wanting to make a reasonable deal.

Came in here with my father & we met the sales specialist Matthew Barocas. He showed us the exact truck we came in here to see the new 2023 Ford Ranger and we went for a test drive and we fell in love with the truck. Matt went over every single option of the truck and answered all of our questions honestly. For this reason we bought the truck today, I highly recommend you come ask for Matt B he was absolutely fantastic and by far the best sales person I have ever met. Thank you !!

My salesperson, Geegee, was just wonderful. After weeks of going back and forth and her showing me many many trucks, I bought a 2023 Ford Bronco - Badlands! I can’t tell you how happy I was with my decision and I am very thankful for Geegee and all her patience! People stop to look and ask me about my truck all the time and I absolutely love driving it!
