Maple Kosher has catered a number of kiddishes and dinners at my Shul, B’nai Israel in Manalapan, NJ. The food is fabulous and packed with so much flavor. I especially look forward to their cholent that has an abundance of meat.

I stopped in for a corned beef sandwich when I noticed beautiful American lamp chops. The most delicious lamb chops I have had in years. Expensive but well worth it!

I cannot express how grateful I am that I found this deli! I live in Parsippany and work out of newark. Whenever I want to get a good kosher pastrami sandwich, I always had to drive to kosher nosh in Teaneck! Well that’s over. I found this place and I couldn’t be happier. They even had the calves feet bones that I have been searching for , for over a month to make my grandmas old school p’tcha. They were super friendly and I couldn’t be happier about this establishment. Thanks again!!

Wonderful! Today was my first time there and I couldn't believe how pleasant everyone was, and how good their food is. I'll make an effort to stop each time and sample the rest of their deli selections.

I had a corned beef sandwich on rye. I was expecting a thick cut (or hand cut) corned beef piled high. Instead I got what appeared to be machine sliced food service corned beef. I don't know for sure what I got, but it was okay; the tasted was very mild. Personally I think Boars Head corned beef tastes better.

Maple Kosher’s quality is only rivaled by their service. From delivering a rotisserie chicken and soup to a sick home to making amazing sandwiches to coming thru in a pinch for catering when an order got lost they are terrific.

I visited this shop for the first time several days ago, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. The service was friendly and helpful, and the store itself was immaculately clean. They had a great selection, and I wound up buying a salami, a noodle kugel and a hot corned beef sandwich (to go). Why did I take so long to visit this store?? The corned beef on rye alone was worth the trip! I will definitely be back.

Beef tongue sandwich!! Very rare that have it but I'd get it every time it's available. Lamb sausage is excellent! Cut of meats you can't find anywhere you'll find here..
