“First time I've ever gotten a meal from a convenience store. And honestly, I could imagine this place being a contender on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives if they ever came by Union, NJ.I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. Came with an assortment of classic veggies and mayo and ketchup on a thick sandwich roll. What stood out the most to me was the size - jumbo! It was the size of a footlong but at least 1.5x thicker. And I must note, I devoured the meal after chatting it up with the staff for >30 minutes. Even after all of that time, the sandwich was still warm! Very well wrapped and clean execution. The vibrant color and sear on the chicken showed a skillful use of a delightful blend of spices and marinade. Nothing too overpowering or excessive. Just enough to leave one with a tasty impression.The staff are very personable and generous, making you quickly feel like you're a regular. While I was there, I noticed multiple instances where customers would walk in and be quickly greeted by the staff. This shows the joint is a local fixture in the community. That sort of rapport only serves to bring in more people because they know it's a nice, chill environment. Great people, great food, great dynamic - 10/10!”

“Cute little spot, been around forever. The original Mr Mike served the community as a bookie for years, but he's been long, long gone. Reliable place for a paper, Lotto ticket, or a pack of smokes and a package of C Howard mints.”

“Marcus ran this store for years and was the best pharmacist I ever had the pleasure to know! He is still there though he is part time and continues to be extraordinary! Miranda (bravo!! She is as kind as she is incredibly helpful) and Damian (who is also great) all continue Marcus’ tradition of treating their customers like family. I love Vauxhall Walgreens! We’re lucky to have this local treasure!”

“Love this Walgreens. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Never had a problem and always acknowledged. My 6 yr old granddaughter was visiting, and upon entering the Vauxhall store, she said "Wow Mimi, it's so clean and nice in here". Yes, there's well-lit spacious aisles, and I usually find everything I'm looking for. There's a nearby pharmacy that may have a more robust inventory selection, but it's claustrophobic with shoppers too close passing through the aisles. I've also encountered surly employees who just don't want to bothered. I can say though, that last time I visited, a nice Latina cashier was surprisingly super. I appreciated that change”
