Updating my review here:
We came in to buy a new Grecale and we spent all this time and effort only for the rug to be pulled out from beneath us.
We had left the dealership and got a call asking us to come back to make the numbers work, we stop by after 6 and as we are entering we are told this car is no longer available.
What is supposed to be a luxury experience turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. I think we dodged a bullet looking back!
Now I do admit management tired to rectify the situation in many different ways, (willing to meet our numbers, trying to get us into different cars, reaching out and trying to secure a deal) but it still left a bad taste in our mouth. A deal is not done until it is done, you have to earn a customer's trust and loyalty.
Buying a Maserati is supposed to be a luxury experience first and foremost, and I think this where the dealership can improve - I believe in keeping relationships alive hence the altered review. So many others here have had a similar experience.
We want to buy a Maserati in the future, its a storied marquee with some beautiful cars.
Hope this is a honest review for anyone reading!

Super nice dealership. Eddie was professional and attentive to what I was looking for. The paperwork took no time at all and I am now a very happy owner of a new Maserati Levante.

The Process of purchasing a Maserati from this dealership was seamless. Ashley was super helpful right from start to finish. She is kind and hospitable. After everything was said and done she still checks in with me to make sure my plates and everything else is taking care of. Overall l had a great experience. Finance team was great as well and l am happy to say that l will definitely return for another purchase and recommend to my family and friends as well. Ashley!!!! You Rock :)

Purchased Maserati Ghibli from Maserati of Bergen Ashley Warhurst was te sales rep and she was excellent. She went out of her way to accomodate all needs and paid detailed attention to what we were looking for. She even delivered our car and helped surprise my wife. I would recommend her over anyone else.

I recently bought a new (used) car from them after my car was totaled. It was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I found these guys by Googling and the information provided on their website was great. I got approved for financing at a lower rate in a matter of seconds and left with a nice car. I’m glad Google worked in my favor, and I’d recommend these guys to any of my friends.

Completely unprofessional business ethic. Forge numbers online to get you to come into the dealership. Price of car was 27.5k and randomly when we got the numbers it was 35k. Tried explaining to us that maintenance wasn’t done on the vehicle and we would have to pay for it. Never in my life did I have to pay for maintenance on a car that I was going to buy. Don’t go to them they just try to get you in the door and over charge for a car you were looking at.

Ridiculous experience… The parts department never picks up the phone, never returned a call and is not super helpful for what I would think would be a high-end car parts department. I would go to Englewood where there were much much more helpful.

came in looking for a new car. spoke with peter for about an hour. we took a look at a couple different models including the Levante. that was my favorite by far. returned to check with my wife, and took it home for a nice price.

Beware of Dishonest Practices and Poor Customer Service
My recent experience at Maserati of Bergen County has been nothing short of a nightmare. I traded in my vehicle, under the assumption that Maserati of Bergen County would handle paying off the remaining balance. However, weeks later, I discovered that my old car is listed for sale on their website, and worse yet, the dealership has not paid off the loan on my behalf.
To make matters worse, my attempts to contact the salesperson, Eddy Murcia, have been completely ignored. Not a single call or message returned. Feeling frustrated and left in the dark, I escalated the issue to the General Manager, Robert Chakamian. While initially seeming helpful, Mr. Chakamian has now fallen off the radar as well, failing to respond despite numerous follow-up attempts.
As of today, my old vehicle's loan remains unpaid, leaving me in a precarious financial situation.
This level of negligence and disregard for customer care is utterly unacceptable. It's clear that Maserati of Bergen County prioritizes sales over customer satisfaction and basic decency.
I am now forced to take matters into my own bands and report this appalling behavior to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Potential customers beware: if you value your time, money, and peace of mind, steer clear of Maserati of Bergen County Their lack of integrity and professionalism has cost me dearly, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
