Background information: I leased 3 cars from JD Upper saddle River and decided to buy out my A4 after my lease.
This is my experience with the service department. It took me months to write this but feel like I warn other customers.
I took it there for a second opinion after. Let's first start by saying that they charged me for the diagnostics even though my car only has 35k and they said it was out of warranty.
I dealt with Antonio who said:
YOU NEED FUEL INJECTORS, THE INJECTORS INSTALLED WITH 4 NEW COILS ARE ABOUT $3613.00.
I said that was insane for a car with such low miles. He said my car was out of warranty.
Then I called the Audi dealership that I was dealing with originally and they informed me that they were just throwing in the kitchen sink without really getting to the root of the problem. I called back JD to inform them that I was picking up my car and all of a sudden they told me they could reduce the estimate by $1,000. I was completely disgusted by this and felt very taken advantage of (and wondering if they do this to their women customers).
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with Jack Daniel's.
Follow-up: the other AUDI dealership didn't change me, I paid 0 - this is how you treat an Audi customer.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with the car service department. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. The staff was indifferent, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers.
My car was supposed to be ready when I came picked it up, but I ended up waiting even longer! When I finally got my car back, the issue I brought it in for wasn’t even fully resolved! I paid a hefty bill for what seems like minimal effort to none. Also brought the car in for oil change, all they did was reset the service reminder and didn’t even add oil in my car. It was a total scam and fraudulent service! Service advisor Antonio hates his job, he did not want to give me my car paperwork and asked me: when I’ll get rid of my car and get a new one? It’s none of his business when I’ll get a new car! I’m extremely saddened by how they treat their customer and their car. If I hadn’t noticed that they didn’t put any oil there would have been even further damage to my car.
Called the service department and front desk lady Rebecca transferred me to their manager yesterday, left a voicemail never received a call back!
To make matters worse, the car wasn’t cleaned properly, and I even found some grease stains on the interior. I expected professionalism and quality service, but this department failed miserably on both fronts. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future and would strongly advise others to do the same.

These guys are great, they graciously held the car for me while I got all my stuff sorted, and I’m left as a happy customer. Always appreciate the fresh tires included with the purchase, will gladly consider these guys in the future.

My sales person, Jose was patient, knowledgeable, and really worked to get me into the car that was a great fit for me!

Had some issue with sensor cameras. Call ahead to schedule to service, so easy to make and change appointments, the in person customer service Danny is great! Service is quick, very happy about it.

Outstanding customer service, and team of great individuals. This is my third Audi purchased from Jack Daniels Upper Saddle River, and it the only place I purchase my Audis from. Needed 4 new tires. While having to purchase new tires is never fun, Lexxus (the service manager) made my visit enjoyable and a first class experience all the way. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It is thanks to Lexxus and the wonderful people at Audi that I will always be an Audi customer. Thank you USR Audi and Thank you Lexxus.
