Brought in 2013 KIA leased vehicle on April 22 to upgrade to 2016 KIA lease. Told by salesman and Finance that once vehicle was turned in we were NO longer responsible for remaining 2 payments on 2013 lease and they were in fact reimbursing us for our May payment Friday Nov 1 collection agency calls looking for our last payments. Contacted General Manager J.P.; he responded with unprofessional emails. Needless to say the 2 families that recommended Jack Daniels as well as mine will NO longer be using Jack Daniels KIA for our automotive needs.

I recently brought my car in for an oil change. The check-in process was easy and the staff went out of their way to make the process smooth. They were excellent. I will purchase my new car from Jack Daniels!

Came here to buy a new Porsche Cayenne. They said they didn't have the one I wanted because "all of them are getting shipped to China" (George P. Gunn), but could find it. Printed out the contract and charged me 1000 deposit. Called later and told me that I am an exporter and they want me to stay away from the dealership, then hanged up the phone. I called back got the voice mail , very very nicely reminded that the dealership charged my credit card 1000, and if for any reason they decided not to do business with me I respect that decision, but would like to receive my deposit back, as I did not make any bad statements, or did not provide any incorrect information, just did not mistreat them in any way. It has been 10 days I still have not received my money back. How bad is this dealership if they are stealling 1000. Seriousely... , how bad the business is for this guess if they are trying to keep my 1000.... be carefull with this dealership. Do NOT pay a penny for something they don't have it is a scam..,
