Poor customer service. Read great things about them and tried so many times to discuss our project with them but no follow up. Only dealt with Monica the project manager and never Adam. Even was asked us to send the plans to them but never heard back. It was a big job, well over $300,000! Not small. Worked out to our advantage because the contractor we chose is incredible and when he says he'll be here at 7:30, he's here at 7:25!

Dayson contractors are the best contractors in Bergen county. They were professional, and meticulous in everything they did. We did a kitchen renovation and couldn’t have asked for more from Dayson. Everything was done in a timely fashions and the craftsmanship was superb. Their prices are fair and all their sub contractors were equally professional. I would not hesitate to hire them for any home improvement project. There are a lot of contractors out there, but many will deliver mediocre work at high prices. If u are thinking of a renovation, don’t bother looking for a contractor, just use DAYSON’S home improvement. You will not be disappointed. We had a terrific experience with Dayson's Home Improvements. Our project was a full home renovation and Adam and his team were great from start to finish. His crew is hard-working and professional, their attention to detail is fantastic, and their flexibility and responsiveness made everything run smoothly. Adam and Billy were always accessible and very present throughout the project, and their advice along the way was invaluable. We loved working with Kerrie and Cassandra on the kitchen and bathroom designs, and their experience, advice and efficiency took the stress out of the many, many decisions that needed to be made along the way.

Adam and his entire team did a wonderful job throughout our entire renovation. Adam is incredibly knowledgeable and helped guide us through each step of the process - as unforeseen issues arose as we got further into our remodel, Adam always had a solution that worked into not only our budget but also into our design. We had a very specific vision that DHI helped bring to life.Kerrie and Cassandra were great to help us on our kitchen design. They were always super responsive and helped guide us through from start to finish.Adam’s team is professional and friendly, with complete attention to detail. We stayed on budget and on schedule. I can’t say enough about DHI. These guys truly are the best. We are so thankfully we found Adam when it was time to build our dream home. Already thinking of new projects for them to tackle. These guys came and installed our kitchen island. They helped us through the process of trying to match the existing cabinets. Their install technicians were prompt, neat and very nice. They did an amazing job!! Thank you guys ❤️

Dayson Home Improvements finished our basement this summer and it has completely changed our house. They were fair in their pricing compared to others, did quality work, had good ideas and recommendations - and got the job done. When working a project the size of ours, there will always be some hiccups, but Dayson was willing to work through them. Very happy!

Horrible experience with these guys. Gave a lowball quote to start, then strung us along with delaying a start date after we didn't buy from their showroom, and then when pressed for the date after a week of being strung along, Adam cancelled altogether. So basically he wasted a week where we could have been working with another contractor. Waste of time.
