I’ve been to Houss Freya for events and to shop and each time I leave, I feel full of love and appreciation for this space. Daysi leads gatherings with care, understanding, and so much joy. She takes the time to explain things to you and make you feel heard. The space is beautiful and the people even more so. You can find workshops, readings, and live music from other artists, which really does make it feel like a community space. While the candles, oils, and crystals are gorgeous, I am a big fan of the Shadow Witch perfume because I have spent forever trying to find an earthy scent that feels true to me. I truly feel like this is a space where I can be myself and grow into my practices surrounded by kindness and good intentions.

I went out in the world today looking for something to celebrate the winter solstice and a random Google map search lead me to this store. I loved it so much! The place is beautifully decorated and smells wonderful. The open door even in December, felt welcoming. I am a bit anxious going to new places, especially when it involves a community whose members can sometimes be gatekeepy, but the one staff member was very friendly and seemed genuine and did not make me feel out of place. I smelled every single candle, roller oil, and much of the incense. I lingered over the crystals, the tarot cards, and the reference books of spells and herbology. Nobody bothered me and I relaxed as I went along. I was so happy to discover they had special winter solstice products that smelled strong and like good quality ingredients and I left with the Yule candle and roller oil, as well as some incense and other roller scents. 10/10 experience, already told two friends in the area, and I will be back!

An amazing store with an incredibly knowledgeable staff. Their products are beautiful and varied from candles to jewelry to bath products and books. The staff were also so patient with our 2 kids. So, so, so recommended!

Every single time my wife and I go there is like we are working into a warm safe and extremely relaxing atmosphere visiting an old friend, and at the same time we’re all shopping together. Everyone that works there are always extremely knowledgeable and so so hopefully they never make you feel rushed and they take there time to answer each and every question we have.Absolutely the very best store of this nature we have ever visited

The energy of this place is extremely dark and unwelcoming. Don't get me wrong I'm into dark aesthetics, but this is deeper than that. On a spiritual level there is something profoundly "off". The staff is very pretentious and judgy, which doesn't help the already dusty, low vibes. I wouldn't want to use a product made by someone with such low frequencies. Needless to say I won't be coming back.

I’ve never been into the shop but I had the most unpleasant experience online. The owner said she would do a reading if I were to donate any amount of money, and when I Venmo’d her $5, she got angry and demanded I send her more money. When I declined and said that’s really all I can spend, I asked her to send my money back, and she stopped answering me and blocked me without refunding my money. She is extremely unprofessional. I would have loved to become a regular customer but this put such a sour taste in my mouth.
