Didn’t get the name of who helped me here but he helped me quickly swap the tire with my spare and also gave me great advice about when I should change my tires based on the fact that I drive so much for my job. “I used to go to that gas station do they change the rules I can't go no more do you have to buy a membership and I don't have that kind of money to buy a membership I barely buy anything from the store the only thing I buy from the store is the food more the pizza are the hot dog that's why I buy the most you think I want to be paid 60 something dollars every few months I don't got it like that and I know that gas is good gas cheap price for the gas I can't go there no more.”

“I had an issue with my F150 where it entered a "deep sleep mode" due to a few days of inactivity. I forgot that I received the message on the app a couple months ago, but was continuing to drive my truck sporadically. One day I randomly realized my passenger side door's "intelligent access" wasn't working. I tried it a few more times over the course of a couple weeks then came to the conclusion that maybe it was broken. I called multiple Ford dealer/service centers, mechanics and auto body shops. I called Mobil 1 Lube Express and got a hold of Mike who was clearly busy and said he probably wouldn't be able to help me for another week, but in that moment, he still decided to ask me a few questions about the problem and recommended that I disconnect the negative port of my battery for 5 minutes and see if that resets it. I tried it the next day and it worked - I spent countless hours wasting my time with Ford and other mechanics/auto body shops and I should've called Mike in the first place. I called him back to thank him and let him know it works. He humbly wouldn't take anything I offered him, so the least I could do is write this review. I'm a previous customer but they gained even more of my business, now. Thanks again Mike!!”
“Another service station installed struts and shocks and two new tires, but afterwords my car made a low, annoying sound. When I took my car back to get that fixed they said they didn’t hear this sound.

I brought my car in, they checked out the converter , ordered the part & installed with no problem. I really appreciate everything they did.”

“Very few gas stations in New Jersey always have 93 octane, my car has a knock sensor that is very sensitive I have noticed BP gas station and most exons do not lie about their octane levels, because I can assure you when someone says 93 octane and it's really 92 or 91 my car is knock sensor instantly gets triggered and goes into a lower tune.”
