This store has the worst customer service ever! Robyn the manager is unprofessional and lacks knowledge of her company system. This employee lied to me just so I can open a new account. She told me they couldn’t reactivate my old account that was only canceled for 3 days. Mind you customer service told me to go into the location and reactivate my account. I asked Robyn would I have any other charges if I pay 100 to open a new account. She told me no cause she charged me 31 dollars to clear my old balance. So I payed the 100 to open this new account. Now I got 80 dollars charge and have to pay another 160 for a new account when she could have just opened back up my old account. I wouldn’t even be mad if she sat the right expectations. If I had to pay then I would have payed if it was explained me. I go into this store to speak to this Manager and she is making it seem like it’s my fault. I don’t work here you do you have to treat your customers better. She didn’t wanna help me and she created the problem, how are you a manager and can’t even take accountability for your own actions. This is how you train your employees? I asked for corporate number and she didn’t wanna give it to me cause I was angry? Yes I’m angry you took my money and then act like you didn’t remember anything. I don’t know if you treated me with disrespect because I’m black or you just don’t care about your job or your customers. This wouldn’t have been an issue if u set the right expectations. Worst experience in any retail store. Just go to the Comcast in West orange you will be treated so much better. This store doesn’t even greet customers when they enter they store. Y’all lack so much customer service just a horrible experience.

I just switched over from Verizion and so far I love the service I had some communication issues with customer service on the phone I had some billing and app issues So I walked into the Union Location and Mike helped me out He was patient Knowledgable and Professional He called customer service for me and straightened out all my issues Mike went over and beyond his job to make a customer happy This is another reason why I tell all my friends and Family about XfinityThank youMatt Perrotta

Don't believe when they say try 1 month free. They will back bill you and you will get a bill for 2 months. On 2 different occasions representatives promised to send the return shipping slip for the phone. I called each time I didn't get the shipping label and another representative told me the managers did not approve the request. I went to the local Xfinity store to return the phone and they told me to call customer service. The only items they took back was the wifi equipment. Verizon wifi service is more expensive but no underhanded billing tricks. Save yourself the headache. Pay a little extra for wifi and Tmobile cell service is the way to go, I will see if Tmobile has wifi... Not worth the stress...

Its comcast so you expect poor customer service, that doesn’t mean they can’t still surprise you with how poor it can get.

Yes I agree. There was only two customers in the store I made three. Three employees two were with customers the other male was drinking a drink no one addressed me so I sat down. After one of the working employees was finish with his customer he address me and handle my situation effectively.

For cable and WiFi everyone knows Comcast are soulless pirates sucking every last ounce of marrow out of their monopoly cable carcass until cord cutting and the shift to streaming implodes their revenue. However, their strategy of offering cut-rate mobile phone service to their current coaxial customers seems like an effective way to slow down the hemorrhaging in their cable ranks. Sure, I pay through the nose for cable and I have 18 months to go on my current contract before I blow them off forever but in the interim, switching to Xfinity from Verizon for my mobile saves about $100 per month with absolutely no compromise of clarity or function since Xfinity leases Verizon's spectrum. Call me Captain Obvious but anytime you can save $1,200 a year without giving up something, well... It's a win. And since Verizon was no picnic offering lousy customer service and rapacious pricing without conscience, at least I'm free of their petty larceny every month. Xfinity Mobile provides excellent service at a very reasonable price. However, it's still Comcast so three stars is about all the enthusiasm I can muster at the moment.

I bought a phone from this company and they would not put my screen protector on because it’s from Amazon. I would have given some money for it. I went to Woodbridge xfinity and they put it on for me.

Michael was very helpful with my transfer of cell service. It was a quick, simple and painless process. AND I SAVED HALF OFF MY CURRENT MONTHLY CELL PHONE BILL!! Gamechanger!!
