Just switched T-Mobile phone service to Xfinity mobile and received a better deal and plan because I’m currently an Xfinity customer with home internet services. I’m so happy I made the switch. Valerie was super helpful on the first day and pretty much got everything started and I had to go back on the second day but to no fault of Xfinity but my phone was locked by T-Mobile even though I owned the phone. Once the phone was unlocked I came back the second day and dealt with Omoni. Both representatives Valerie and Omoni were extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as being very patient with me. I highly recommend for others to switch to Xfinity. Thank you to both ladies I sincerely appreciate it.

This company did multiple fraudulent charges to my card after duscussing why they wrongfully overcharged my account ! I would stay away from this internet and cable provider
