In 2020 when my husband and I applied for our mortgage during Covid, Lenders were extremely rigid and due to our multiple and diverse sources of income, some lenders turned us away. Will and his team are professional, diligent, pleasant and able to get the job done! Will pays attention to great detail and with that he was willing and able to make individualized decisions in regards to our mortgage approval. Will and his team invest time and energy to make sure that the mortgage approval process was tailored to our individual situation; Because of Will, we were able to get our house at a amazing interest rate during a time when a lot of people were turning homebuyers down unless you fit a very black and white precise checklist of what a home owner needed to be.
