In a word....careless. Prescriptions are an important item. I use to get frequent updates as to when things were due and when things were ready. Handy information so as to not run low or run out. Lately, that seems to have stopped. I need to take it upon myself to reorder. Now, the reorder processing seems to take longer than previously experienced. In fact so late, I ran out of blood pressure medication. On the third day I went to the drive through and was told again it wasn't ready. I complained strongly. Still it wasn't ready until the next morning....4 days late. The local manager was completely ridged and wouldn't help move things along. Absolutely unacceptable. We will be looking for a new provider. There are many in the area. Thus is a potentially dangerous and litigious service.

They had the suspension of tamiflu for kids here - call ahead and find out supplies if you're in peak flu season, though. Aisles are busy and there was some time to wait before getting the medicine filled, but otherwise it was ok, not too crowded. Parking is only 30min though, per the sign, so if you're in a line, you may be worried... in theory they can tow you.

This review is specifically for the Walgreens located at 327 Chestnut Ave. Union, NJ 07083. if you're looking to get a COVID booster, Flu shot or any type of shot, be warned! Stay AWAY from this pharmacy! In the last few years since it stopped being a Rita Aid it's declined horribly. The pharmacy is a joke! That poor, young cashier that works there during the day is an absolute Airhead! Only cares about her cell phone. The the rest of the staff, including the nurse that administers the shots, don't give a damn if you wait there all day long to get a shot or any kind of service. Management needs to step in and do better. Or, maybe management should be replaced altogether. NOT WORTH IT! Try CVS :o(

Came to get the flu vaccine, had set up my appointment online, printed out the consent form so it could expedite the process, came 15 mins early...Well, I've been waiting over an hour (currently writing this damn review as I wait). The fucked up part is that the employee who took my consent form and scanned my ID is going to ask me what I was needing when I went to check what was taking long!! Had to tell him AGAIN my appt time and that I gave him my form AND I WAS STILL WAITING. WHAT KIND OF BULLSHIT IS THIS PLACE?!?!! It's VERY disorganized and they look understaffed. Never coming back to this location! EVER!! And neither should anyone else. Walgreens needs to do better!

These people do not know how to use their phones..it is a nightmare. Walgreens screwed up my vaccine appointment SO BAD I spent hours on the phone and they kept disconnecting. Now I am left with no appointment for the 2nd dose, and they are telling me they can't schedule it and I have to keep calling back. NIGHTMARE DO NOT GO TO WALGREENS FOR YOUR VACCINE!! Makes me not want to go to Walgreens for ANYTHING.

The Beauty Consultant Kayla, was VERY helpful. She was attentive, understanding, and knowledgeable. She informed me on all the new beauty trends and gave me tips and tricks. She is so kind, I'll make sure to tell my girlfriends on how delightful and sweet she is. She had coupons on the ready and helped me pick out the right skincare products for my skin type. She also was very informative on Walgreens rewards system. When in doubt Kayla will help you out! :)

ZERO SENSE OF URGENCY!! ESPECIALLY the pharmacy. No matter if you go to the drive thru or go inside. Be expected to wait for at least 15 mins before that line starts moving. It's ridiculous. Every single time I come here.

I gave it one star so I could right a review. Why does this store allow curbside pickup if there are no available store associates to bring your items outside. After waiting 15 minutes in the curbside parking spot I decided to go inside. The 2 cashiers at the front register didn't even acknowledge my curbside order. Finally one girl actually became available and she must've been new because she didn't even know what to do. She had me actually go with her to the aisle of where my items would've been located. What is the purpose of curbside pick up if I had to go inside of the store and get my own items. She still can't find my order and goes and get a manager and Thank God for the manager because she found my items placed in a brown bag for pickup. This store seems understaffed and the staff there is not very well trained. This Walgreens should do themselves a favor and get rid of curbside pick up.

Very unprofessional management. Hopefully you won't run into an issue here because if you do, there will be no resolving it, the manager was very rude in helping me with my problem, told me pretty much to figure it out by myself and gave me an attitude in front of many customers Staff is not as bad as manager. I'm sure they have more than one manager the one I am talking about is the tall young skinny dark skin one, he's very rude and uptight, I will never be going back to the store again and I don't suggest you go to this walgreens, there are other walgreens With a lot better customer service

The pharmacist Chioma A. was completely unprofessional and extremely disrespectful to me. She spoke loudly to me about confidential information for all to hear. She spoke to me in a condescending way and treated me like I was a two year old. She refused to fill 2 of the 3 scripts I had. I ended up going back to CVS in Scotch Plains where I normally go. The pharmacist there filled the other 2 scripts with no problem at all. I will be sharing my experience at Walgreens with friends. I will never return to that Walgreens again.

The worst pharmacy you will ever go to. I get notifications that medicine is ready when it's not. I've witnessed a cashier in the pharmacy fill my medicine only to be told he's filling it with the wrong meds. A cashier!!!! I've had them charge multiple times the wrong pricing. They even locked my credit card up by putting a charge thru 4 times in a row! This place is a joke and they should not be responsible to handle people's medicine !!!

Decent store . You can get mostly what you want when you need Service is mediocre. Nothin extra special but have not had any issues. Parking lot ok . Unable to make left from parking lot
