I was there 11/2/24, I walked in the line was almost out the door, only 2 tellers, they must have been new. I stood in the line over 20 minutes and still never made it to the teller. I left, I also spoke with the manager, he wasn't any help at all.

Absolutely, the worst bank to deal with. Quick to grab you $$ if you want invest, but it's a nightmare to take money back. They will give you run around, enough that you question your existence. If the reviews had negative star I would give minus 10.

Horrible service. Teach your staff how to be polite.. tall African man, zero customer service, at best a GED if any education whatsoever. Train you staff as their jobs are based on clients coming into your bank!
