Very bad customer service. I got a head shake the second i walked through the door with my broken ipad screen. the place down the street ended up fixing it for me anyway but wow, it’s insane how rude people can be when they work in customer service.

Do not go their for your cell phone, waste of time, everything is on "back order" they are just trying to sell you overpriced batteries that are much cheaper at Target and Walmart

This place is YOUR place!!! They are AMAZING!!!I don't ever write reviews but I couldn't let this experience go by without sharing it with the world!On a Saturday my phone would not power on... I went all over the state trying to get it fixed.Started at the Apple store, went to an Apple repair specialist, went back to Apple at a different location... Pure nightmare!(It turns out my calendar for work was backed up so I was never in danger but during the crisis I did not know that.)Apples solution was get a new phone or we could probably get it turned on but we'd have to do a factory reset and all your information would be lost. Really?!?! ???So with one last desperate effort that Wednesday I did a GOOGLE (the best) search and saw great reviews for this place.I said a little prayer with Hope and headed to Batteries + Bulbs on 22 where "WE FIX IT PHONE REPAIR" does business. I don't know if they are separate companies or the same but I was greeted by two angels..Chris and Ren No joke I could go on for an hour about these two Representatives and how much I appreciate them and just how grateful I am for them! In a world where most people don't care when your world is turned upside down these two people gave me hope within the first minute of being in the store!!!They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, caring, kind, and concerningly attentive. They wanted to help and THEY DID!!!They took an honest, straightforward, transparent approach including me and keeping me informed every step of the way.The first step was to replace the battery and that was successful... the phone was powering on at this point but would not charge, and I was previously concerned that it was a port issue.In true angel fashion Ren told me she did have a port available she could try, told me the price, and asked me if I wanted her to take this approach.With great excitement I said yes because I just knew in my heart and my soul and my gut that this wonderful human being was going to be my new hero!An hour and a half before I was going to stop back to check on the phone Ren called me and told me it was working and ready anytime!!!I was overwhelmed with gratitude! Of course I was not going to relax until I had my phone and my work calendar accounted for so I was still a bit nervous.When I got to the store there was a glowing halo over Rens head when she greeted me!!! ❤️My phone has been working perfectly ever since!!! (two days since got phone back)It was $60 for a new battery which I knew up front and it was $60 for a new Port which was explained when Ren called me with the update and asked if she should do the next step. So $120 spent for phone repair (honest fair ethical price) vs $1000 for a new phone... I am so super happy to say this IPhone 7+ is fixed and working like new!!!Amazing, brilliant, genius, skilled and kind... Wow!!!I would say you would be doing yourself an injustice if you don't go here 1st if you ever have phone trouble!!!Chris and Ren thank you thank you thank you!!! You guys are amazing and I will tell everybody. Thanks for being two of my guardian angels on Earth this week!!!

Very unprofessional. Call asked how long does it takes for my phone to be repaired they said 1 hr to 11/2. Made an appointment got there couldn't get my phone fixed. Making appointment is useless here

I had my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE screen replaced here. One star removed for unorganized customer service at the start. I received mixed messages from employees telling me different things. Chris (store manager?) was helpful when I arrived. However, I'm removing another star because I received my phone with scratches around the back casing, edges were chewed up especially in the corners, and a visible knick around the camera bump (also adhesive residue squeezing out from near the outer buttons, and the rear cover had a slight bump and was not flush with the rest of the phone, residue and fingerprints all over when I received it). Yet another star is being removed because they changed my 100% functional OEM battery because it "came with the kit". Now I have no idea what they put in there or how long it will last, nor was I ever informed that would be done. Also, they are unable to reseal your phone to maintain its waterproof capabilities, which sucks to lose on a high-end device. This was mentioned to me upfront because I asked, so I will not remove another star. Improve your customer service, be more transparent with your customers, and most of all, do the repair correctly and with more care.Edit: Store manager Chris called me to apologize after leaving this review, and responded regarding the battery and customer service. Not once did he address the damage done to the phone, which is the bigger issue. Being in the repair service industry myself, I would have 1. Informed the customer if any additional work is to be done and why 2. Offered to replace or repair the part that was damaged during repair (isn't that what insurance is for?) or 3. Offered a partial refund on the parts or repair. Mistakes happen, either by accident or shoddy workmanship, but the business should have taken responsibility. This was handled unprofessionally.

You would think they would at least offer to help you carry their heavy batteries out to your car, I'm handicapped.

Chris just walked me thru doing a force shut down on my phone.I panicked because I need it to log in for my work. He talked me thru it.He is very polite, patient professional.... great job Chris!!!Thank you!!!
