I have a monthly membership, and it’s the best investment that I’ve made for my car as far as a car wash is concerned. My car always comes out pristine and cleaner than before. I love the discount I get on my oil change, helps out a lot. Customer Service is excellent as well. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Not sure when this place turned mostly automated but I’m not a fan of it now. You have to drive the car through yourself and there is only one attendant that dries the car. To be fair he’s one guy trying to dry off all the cars that go through. The only upside is the free 10 min vacuum which is adequate if you clean out the interior ahead of your visit. The price is the same as it used to be before they made the change. Now you are paying a premium car wash and it’s mediocre at best. I don’t recommend this place.Update: In response to Wash Hounds, as you pointed out the price used to be $22 pre conversion. A $19 wash after tax is $21 post conversion which is essentially the same price for less service.

I am a Former monthly member of this place as of today..I’m usually not a fan of people losing their job but the “Manager” I believe his name was Mike .. needs to be demoted at the very least. After going through the wash, something told me to get out the car and check if they missed a spot, as I often have Black tire dye that gets on my car. In my lap of my car i noticed my front license plate severely dented and the cover snapped in half laying on the ground. I understand these car washes cover their self from being liable for damages, but the kind gentleman drying my car off recommended I swing back around and speak with a manger. I’d figure i’ll give it a shot, and maybe he would talk to me and offer some tape or something to patch up the damage temporarily. A kind gentleman Kenny went to go get the manager to come out and talk to me. 15 min later and after I seen Kenny go to the managers office 3 times to see when he would come out I got fed up and told him to just cancel my membership because clearly they don’t care about customer service , even for paying members.. As i’m cancelling my membership Mike finally starts to walk out the office toward my car, with his head down scrolling on his phone on the whole walk toward me. When he got to my car he stood there silent and didn’t utter one word. I told him don’t even worry about it, i’m going to leave and just cancel this plan.Kenny apologized for his behavior multiple times and brought me some tape out in attempts to help me with a temporary solution, he gave me the respect and customer service i was hoping the “Manager” would give but he clearly could care less and it’s likely he’s just collecting a check to scroll on social media all day and not even attempt to provide basic customer service.This car was was very convenient as I pass it on my way home from the gym but I would now much rather go out my way to be treated with some sort of respect you would expect especially as a premium monthly member.The car washes are decent but no where near worth it in my opinion, I would avoid this place at all costs.. management is a reflection of the ownership and clearly they just want your money without attempting to return a decent customer experience

Even though I have monthly membership, it never works properly. Nothing but issue. Even though the manager came and told me it’s an issue in their end, and it will be fixed, it wasn’t.On my next visit the same issue, the system does not recognize the membership.It is not worth of your money.They don’t check the car after exiting just a quick dry.Our car was still of dirt after passing the through the cleaning process .Not happyUPDATE3 months later, nothing has changed.I wanted to give another try to redeem themselves , I was optimistic.These are the pictures AFTER the car went through cleaning.On the exit, they really don’t care if the car is clean or not.I had to tell to the guy to clean it better with no success. They don’t care, they dint want to put the effort to spray and try to make it better. Quick dry , bye you are out.It is not only the bird poop remained but also wherever the machine didn't reach it was still dirty( referring to last pic) this is all the works by the way not the cheapest package.

Used to be great, now all down hill after the change over. How hard is it to teach someone to dry a car? Car looks terrible after leaving. You cant use a rag to dry 15 cars in a row. Water spots everywhere. Gave them multiple chances to get it right. Today i asked them to finish drying my windows and the 2 guys laughed and walked away. Spend the extra 3 dollars and go somewhere else. Avoid this place.

Wanted to acknowledge the outstanding customer service shown by Misty. Misty went above and beyond in getting me set up with a temporary car wash membership for a rental car while my car (with the monthly membership attached to it) was in the shop. It was just one less thing to have to worry about while waiting for my car to be repaired. I appreciate not only the thorough car wash service provided but especially how empathetic the team (and especially Misty) are. This car wash used to be good until parts of the car wash didn't work, actually before it was wash hounds it was way better. I have had the membership for a few months now but I am done at this point. I thought things just needed to get fixed. But they have no interest in fixing this broken car wash because its been broken for months.

So theyve changed the look. Stopped by for an oil change and Eddie took care of me. He is the service manager. Was extremely helpful and gave me a wealth of information about my truck and taking care of it. Was fun chatting with him. He definitely knows his trucks. Appreciated he didnt try to upsell me like crazy. a few things he showed me were actually needed for my truck we took care of. Im definitely coming back. Was affordable and chill. And you get a free car wash with your oil change.. thanks again for the superb service.

I haven't been to this car wash since before Covid due to one closer to my house...until today. My wife went there and was met at the kiosk by a gentleman who was explaining to her all of their monthly packages and trying to upsell her on things. I was on the phone with her as she was listening to his explanation of things. I told her not to buy anything until we try it out first as it's been years since we've been there. He did explain to her "we have installed self service vacuums due to customers complaining about us not doing a good job on the interior, so now you can do as you please with that" I didn't think anything about it thinking it was merely just there as a back up. She bought a single "the works" package for $17.82 and we tipped $3. As she drove up, she was instructed to stay inside the vehicle. Again we thought this was weird but figured maybe they do the interior at the end for some reason. When she was thru the car wash, two guys came up, half way dried her car and walked away! No vacuuming, no interior wipe down! We will NEVER be back to this place! 17.82 for an exterior wash and a half way job of hand drying?!?! Get out of here! A disgrace! We will continue using the car wash we normally go to!! Buyer beware!!!!

Free vacuums and quick service. What else can you ask for? Ken was great making sure my special request to focus on towel drying my wheels was taken care of when my car came out the other end. He actually walked over to the other side and made sure it was done too. Thanks guys!

$19 bucks to clean the outside, that's the top tier. I know it doesn't have to be perfect, but my rims and side panels shouldn't have this much dirt. Don't even have an option for them to clean the interior, it's absolutely not a place to go. Even better, its 1 guy drying the car and it leaves a bit wet. Avoid it at all costs

Place has new equipment and clean. Staffs are friendly as well. The monthly membership is the best. They also have a oil change but have not tried it yet but I am sure they have a good service. Can't wait for my next wash8/19/23:did my oil change and staff is awesome! Highly recommend?Service: Oil change

Been going here for years. Great job washing my car. When I noticed after getting the Platinum package that there was some tree sap on my car that was missed, I called to let them know what happened and they made it right. They cleaned the tree sap off my car and washed my car again for free. Will definitely be coming back!
