12/12/25 – 1:42 PM Incident Report (Wash Hounds Express Car Wash)
Today at approximately 1:42 PM at Wash Hounds Express Car Wash, I requested a towel from one of the employees because my windshield had not been properly wiped down. The employee immediately went inside and called for his manager, Chris.
When Chris came outside, he told me to leave because he claimed I was blocking the driveway. As he attempted to close my car door, he shut it on my hand. This behavior was completely uncalled for and highly unprofessional.
I am a loyal customer who washes my car at this location at least three times a week, and I will be contacting my lawyer regarding this incident.

I just wanted to give the best worker in there a special shoutout. I believe he goes by the name of Zaighum naqviq. He treated me very professionally and did my oil change within a reasonable time. I was on a time crunch and he even made sure there was air in all my tires. 5/5 really recommend Zaighum to people.
