This pharmacy has the most incompetent pharmacists. They may want to blame it on all of their language barriers, however they are not detail-oriented or experienced enough in their computer system either. It is very frustrating to have one say one thing and another say something different. Their automatic refill system doesn't work consistently either. You have to call some months (when you are out of medicine) only to see that their system didn't automatically request new prescriptions for those out of refills; this causes another delay in pick up. A functioning refill system notifies the patient that their prescription is ready. I suggest they always have a pharmacist whose native tongue is English working because it is unacceptable to have so much miscommunication consistently. Pharmacist Ozy was very rude and put me on hold because our call had gone for 10 minutes. I had to call back twice and wait 15 minutes only for her to say that she forgot. This is enough to try CVS.
To top it all off, can you believe that one of the prescriptions Pharmacist Ozy said that she was filling and ready for pick up wasn't even in the pick up bag. She had to be reminded of the conversation 4 hours earlier and fill it on the spot with a different brand. The incompetence blows my mind.

15 year customer of this location, 35 year customer of RiteAid and I'm DONE. What's happened to this store is absolutely revolting. It used to be staffed by a small group of hardworking compassionate individuals who were long time employees and did a great job. Every time I go there now it's a problem. Nothing is ever filled when it should be. I've tried the app, I've tried delivery, they won't even answer the phone anymore. I've already moved all my serious scripts out but had a few minor ones still there and I'll be moving those out as well. Find a local pharmacy or if you're stuck with walgreens find a different location. Nicole and Narali would be sick if they saw this. This place and the treatment of their patients is absolutely embarrassing. I get annoyed about things being done right and wait times but I've seen them treat other patients horribly, hand out incorrect medication several times and generally just not care in the slightest. Thankfully I'm able to opt out!

Now typically I never leave bad reviews but this is the second time this has happened and really rubbed me the wrong way. Now Im seeing all these other bad reviews for the pharmacy so thats pretty comical.
Came in during my lunch break because I needed claritin D badly. The pharmacy’s customer service is god awful and there is zero urgency. Im standing there for over five mins without even being acknowledged (mind you theres no line- im standing at the counter) while im listening to the girls chit chatting- then another woman from the front comes back and joins in the conversation- makes eye contact with me and still no acknowledgement. I was on a break from work and my head was pounding so i decided to just forget it and go to the front to check out for my protein shake at least. The woman with a blonde pony tail then comes back to the front - proceeds to give me dirty looks as if I am the one in the wrong- and better yet her and another employeee are stocking candy by checkout when theres a huge line of customers needing to be checked out! Make it make sense. Priorities are terrible in that place.

The WALGREENS Pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Sometimes they let you know when a script is ready and most of the time they don't. They claimed they have sent you a text when they didn't. They don't let you know when they don't have your medicine.

How come the Pharmacy hours in our area has change drastically over the years. The area has the best parking and has the worst hours. I'm very disappointed and disgusted with Walgreens.

I have a question, are the people in this place mute, or do they have no mouth? They don't talk, they don't tell you the price, ? I mean, if you don't like working, don't work and that's it, but don't give the client a bad time, that thin, dark-skinned boy is terrible! They should change it!

Pharmacist customer service skills there are none. After receiving my prescription medicine at a discounted price for over a year they refuse to apply my savings card. Sono resulting in me having to go to a Westfield location half an hour away. What kind of service is that after being a customer for years. :n. Thanks for wasting my time

Manager refused to give seniors 20% discount on first Tuesday. Said it's discontinued. Night manager..Also many price tags on shelves are missing so you don't know what items cost and have to ask to have item scanned. I don't want to have to do that so I don't buy any of those items in that store.

I’m not sure how many times I had to refill my prescription via phone via online also I via person and yet my prescription is not processed!! This is the only location that is so hard to get my prescription. When you pick up it take more than 15mins to wait in line

Phone system doesn't work for the pharmacy. When you finally get through you get put on hold immediately.

Don't bother going to this location. Employees are lazy and don't help you. They don't even have anyone at the register to check out.

If I could leave no stars I would. I placed a photo order with them and when I came to pick it up they told me that their machine was broken. I wasn't called about the issue and they wouldn't cancel my order. Instead I was told to go to a neighboring Walgreens who tried to help me. It was possible for this walgreens to send my order out to a different walgreens but they refused when I called them with the information to do so. I am beyond frustrated. Never go to this location. A waist of time and money. As of right now my order is still not canceled. I'm calling corporate after the Easter holiday to get this resolved, hopefully.

Close this location! Employees do not care about anything let alone customers!
Asked to retake a passport photo, and the lead or supervisor wouldn’t even come back to take a photo and said to get a refund. This happened at 10/19/2022 at 7:00 pm
