Wonderful place to come and get whatever you need that would be suitable for a place like a convenience store/pharmacy…the employees always go above and beyond to assist in whatever you need and I have never had any issues whatsoever when I have visited this particular location…the pharmacy is also top notch and the staff there work hard to ensure your medication is processed as expeditiously as possible - great team and great location!

I waited behind a car in the driver thru for 15mins before getting to the window. Once I gotto the window, I was told to come back in 15 mins for my pickup. Yet some cars are at the window for that and get their medication without leaving. The workers are not not pleasant. This is not the first time this happened.

Stopped in at this store tonight to pick up a few items. While browsing the aisles, my fiancé swore he saw a rat. We looked through the following aisle and saw one jumping into a shelf. When we went to check out, we politely and quietly informed the cashier (who was also the Shift Lead) and she said, “oh, I know.. They’ve been here since I started.” Shocked, I asked, “when did you start?” To which she replied, “over a year ago.” She went back to her conversation with the cashier next to her and the customers, who they seemed familiar with, and she used the word “schmuck” in her conversation. Disgusting to see the state of the store and the carelessness of the employees.

So disappointed with this pharmacist. Very unprofessional. I wait more than an hour . He first said that he did not receive the prescription. I called the doctor, she was trying to call. He will never pick up the phone. I went there, he gave me all kind of attitude and still did not pick up the doctor call at my request. Very mean person. So disrespectful to people, even his coworkers didn't want to approach him. So ridiculous.

This pharmacy has the most incompetent staff, they absolutely refuse to be helpful in any way. Don’t waste your time at this pharmacy, go across the street to the CVS.

As a former Walgreens employee for 6 years, I get it.. I know how people can be, especially in retail. I put in a photo order, usually I would go to pick it up, but my daughter is sick so I got them delivered instead.First off, you cancel the one thing in my order that I needed most. No call. No reason, just cancel. I call customer service to see why and he doesn't even know what he's talking about. Telling me to reorder is AGAIN and pay for shipping AGAIN.Now i know you all can have it transferred to another store, but fine you didn't feel like it... Then I get my order a day after the promise time to get photo cards with envelopes WITH NO ENVELOPES.These are cards... how do you not include the envelopes. Bruh it's the holidays.. it's common sense at that point. So I had to go get envelopes when they should have just been delivered...I shouldn't have to pay for a service that wasn't done correctly.

They had the suspension of tamiflu for kids here - call ahead and find out supplies if you're in peak flu season, though.Aisles are busy and there was some time to wait before getting the medicine filled, but otherwise it was ok, not too crowded. Parking is only 30min though, per the sign, so if you're in a line, you may be worried... in theory they can tow you.

I revived a call on Friday Nov. 18th 2022 that my prescription was filled & ready for pick up, i came in to pick it up on Monday Nov. 21 2022 because i was out of town & it wasn’t ready nor filled. The cashier told me they put it back after 10 days… i told her it was just Friday. I’m very disappointed!!

In a word....careless. Prescriptions are an important item. I use to get frequent updates as to when things were due and when things were ready. Handy information so as to not run low or run out. Lately, that seems to have stopped. I need to take it upon myself to reorder. Now, the reorder processing seems to take longer than previously experienced. In fact so late, I ran out of blood pressure medication. On the third day I went to the drive through and was told again it wasn't ready. I complained strongly. Still it wasn't ready until the next morning....4 days late. The local manager was completely ridged and wouldn't help move things along. Absolutely unacceptable. We will be looking for a new provider. There are many in the area. Thus is a potentially dangerous and litigious service.

For a 97 year old woman who had arranged a Covid booster for a specific date and time, Walgreens incompetence at fulfilling their obligations is almost criminal. The app worked smoothly to book the appointment, and a text and email confirming date and time came through as expected. We arrived 10 minutes early, only to find a 2 two! lines with over a dozen people each waiting. (One line for check in, the second line waiting for actual vaccinations). Some people on the line had been waiting over 45 minutes already. Many were on the phone rescheduling pickup rides, childcare or workshifts. Multiple sick people walking to and back on the lines to the pharmacy counter, needlessly risking extensive exposure to all these unvaccinated persons. There was no text or email message warning that they were running so far behind schedule, and to come back later. No short-line for the disabled or elderly who can barely stand. There were not enough seats for those who needed to wait.I was able to speak briefly with a worker, who indicated this was not a one-off occurrence because of a random event. This was routinely happening every day. I asked why did they schedule appointments if they don’t have the staff and bandwidth to handle it? They said speak to corporate. So I am writing this review. Maybe someone from corporate will see it. Maybe someone from the State or Federal government who is subsidizing vaccinations will see the Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) occurring here. Or maybe a clever lawyer will figure out a way to initiate a class action suit on the behalf of the countless people whose time was needlessly wasted by a corporation who is pumping up false appointment slots to collect subsidy dollars. Real easy to establish, just subpoena the computer record showing the original appointment times vs the actual injection times and wow – case proven!I would say to try the CVS in Union but they were no better.
