Visiting family in Union & broke a nail the day of an important event. Usually get my nails done down the shore, but needed it repaired ASAP. They were able to fit me in and they did an amazing job with the nail repair! You literally can’t even tell which one broke, that’s how closely they matched the original design and shape. Will definitely come in for full service next time I’m in town.

Only tired this place bc it was recommended to me by someone else. It was basically just OK. They incorporate absolutely zero frills in your manicure or pedicure. No hot towel, no massage, barely wash your hands, no hot stone, no neck massage… Absolutely nothing! Expect the bare minimum of attention from your technician. Always scattered with so many different things going on. Expect an attitude if you try to ask for what you specifically like. ????

I have been getting my nails done here for years. My nail tech is Amy and she's the best. She's very patient and always does a good job on my nails. The owner Tee is nice and welcoming and always make sure that you have a great experience.

I just moved to the area and am looking for a new nail salon that I can call my regular place. I went here and soon realized it was a BIG mistake. The lady who was doing my pedicure was nice and patient, however the service seemed rushed. In addition, she cut my toe and I was bleeding for 10 minutes. Initially they wiped the blood, and was attentive to the cut, then they put instant coffee on my wound and skin sealant, which did nothing. They soon gave up on trying to stop the blood and at one point I had blood running down my foot. Might I add, the workers never let the owner know that they had cut me at all. When I went up to the front, I let the owner know. She was nice and accomodating, and didn’t make me pay for the pedicure, but I let her know I won’t be back. I don’t recommend this place.

Since VIOLET NAILS 2 does not have a Yelp account or Google; leaves me no choice but to leave an honest review to its joint co-owners account. In the beginning, Violet's 2 nails were great since the owner TAMMY AKA THY used to do my full set. However, due to the high demand for her work, I couldn't get an appointment with Tammy so she recommended her other male staff to do it. Yesterday may 27 2024 I decided to get a full set from this male staff, my experience was horrible. I tried to be respectful and honest with the work. I told him and explained my nails were not colored correctly and my nails were crooked. Long story short he never fixed it once home I called Tammy aka Thy and explained to Her about the situation and experience. She yelled and screamed that she was not responsible for Her staff's work And that she would only do me a favor by "fixing them". Once there to attempt to get them fixed she refused to do the job and raised her voice and became irate. Tammy the owner refused to acknowledge the poor service and the horrible job in his work. She explained it was not her duty to fix the issue and to go back to Her male staff to fix it. Long story short the male Staff became irate and started to get out of character and even curse out in his language. Tammy aka Thy is very much overworked and is the only one who can do nails got upset and out of line. She needs to be trained in better customer service if she wants to keep her business running. Horrible Experience and wish her the best. Tammy aka Thy Rather than getting upset with the customer take accountability with your staff and work.

One of my friends recommended this nail salon and I will not be returning.
The lady that did my nails was obviously not an experienced nail tech, it took her a while to complete my nails and she didn't know how to do the design I requested. I literally talked her through it, smh. I even requested a fake nail so I could show her how to do it properly. My nails are super bumpy at the tips and not smooth at all. My design did come out cute despite everything else but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The pedicure spy is beneath bare minimum.. they only use water and a splash of soap. When asked for more soap they tried to convince me it was floating in the water.. they don’t clean the tools.. you don’t get what u pay for.. Service is bad and the pedicure ladies are rude ..Service: Pedicure

Call multiple times looking for my nail tech Sophia. Keep getting answer she isn't there. So I tried a different nail tech to do my nails and it was horrible. My nails came out crooked and the paint was uneven. Does anyone know where Sophia went?
