Disastrous, they don't realize they want to sell you the cell phone and they don't even know what they're doing. They tell me that I kept the old cell phone and that I don't have to deliver it and now Verizon wants to charge me for not sending it. That's how well prepared they are. They're not worth a penny. They charge 30 dollars to activate your phone, watch, tablet, they don't work properly and they tell you that they can't do anything, it's a disaster.

STAY AWAY! THERE IS NOT TRANSPARENCY IN THEIR BUSINESS. TAKING MY LINES SOMEWHERE ELSE!Disjointed user experience between myVerizon app and Verizon my business.Imagine receiving an email with details about you account or a return label that no one can print or have access to because It is a mess!I have complained to Verizon customer service team at this location and on the phone about their non-transparent business model and continued inconsistent message.They offered me two free devices if I opened two new lines. Just to learn a few months later that I have been charged all along since day one.Opened a Fios line that was supposed to be $35/mo to learn that I was getting charged $465 for the service.I tried returning the device and so far, they still keep charging me.My experience? Verizon is not there to take care of their customers!I needed help and NO ONE has done anything to help me eight months later!Try another company before getting any service here.I have been told a different story and offered something different than what I am signing up for.

working with Shian at the Verizon store was great. He has a thorough knowledge of all the different ways. You can save money with your Verizon plan, and efficiently got me a new phone paying less than half what I would've paid. He is courteous, friendly, and smart. I would recommend to everyone that they should go to this Verizon store and work with Shian.

I got there a little after they opened and there were 5 people in Verizon shirts and 2 customers in the store. One of the guys signed me in and said that someone would be with me shortly. I told him that I had a quick question hoping that he would have asked me what it was. I stood there as I watched 2 employees chit-chatting while another employee was walking around the store trying to look like he was busy. I stood there as the employees wouldn't even make eye contact with me. I walked out after 10 minutes. I don't think they like white people.

I would give a 0 if I could. I was not serviced appropriately at the store, Jessica-I believe was her name, was honestly very rude, unprofessional, and hostile for a “leader” of the store. Don’t go here if you can avoid it. I waited 20 minutes for an order pick up that I placed a day before. I received a text that it was ready to be picked up. I asked what’s going on, as no one even said hello after I walked in or said they’ll be with me in a moment. Also totally fine to be busy, it happens BUT Jessica ( who I didn’t even know was the manager until after) very rudely told me “I’d have to just wait with a eye roll” instead of a simple “please give us one moment, sorry for the wait” as most professional establishments do; Jessica also ON PURPOSE, mispronounced my name and told a customer Sales rep to take me after my 20 min wait for an order I placed in advance. This store needs to look into their managers customer service skills, and hostility as she should not be a manger if she’s going to chase customer’s away and be disrespectful for no reason. It’s makes your experience extremely UNCOMFORTABLE

I saw a ad on tv with Verizon that u can switch your service and get a free IPHONE 3-22 so in April of 2022 I called up Verizon to see about the deal the lady I spoke gave me false information so I went to the Verizon store In Union,NJ to pick up my phone and activate it they gave me paperwork for the phone and no where on the paperwork did it have how long I would pay for the phone in months I had purchased a IPhone in the past and paid it off 1 1/2 yrs I have been paying on IPHONE for a year I called Verizon today 6-4-2023 to find out how much longer before I'm done paying for phone the guy said another 2 yrs I told him no one told me I would have 36 months of payments for IPHONE and I got no paperwork saying that Verizon are nothing but CROOKS.!!!they have always had a bad reputation for not being honest with customers I would not recommend them to my dog for any type of service so BEWARE of anything with Verizon I'm going to contact the Attorney General in NJ for help and the better business as well
