Absolutely awful!! For some reason, one mail carrier wasn’t putting my mail in the mailbox and since I didn’t check my mail for three days, when my original mail carrier came And saw the mail, not in the mailbox, she She took it back and started forwarding all my mail -return to sender- because she thought I moved!!

Another thumbs up for Ray. I’m lucky to live a few blocks from this post office so I’m in pretty regularly, and I’ve never seen him be anything but pleasant and helpful.

This is by far, the best post office around town, and in NJ from what I've experienced. The clerk, Ray, is the most respectful and caring clerk I've ever met at a Post office. If you want to be treated like a human being, not like a pest.. please stop by! If you're around town, pick this one! Ray has a lot of knowledge working for the post office for many years, and cares about your mail & packaging. 5 stars, at best.

if i could put zero stars trust me i would. the lady is working here by herself. i’ve never been to this post office before. they lady working here was very rude to me from the beginning. i said one sentence and she just says i can do it come back monday. i asked her if she could ask manger to help her she said no. i then tell her it’s kinda unfair and inconvenient that you just automatically dismissed me like that. after explains that i called all morning with no answer she proceeds to tell me i did not call because she didn’t hear the phone ring. she then asks me to show her the number i called and after i show her she goes well the phone didn’t ring so i asked if that was the right number and she literally says I DONT KNOW. i then tried to show her that the website displays thats i would be able to use two forms of primary ID if i didn’t have secondary ID and she said whatever the website says dosent matter. i’m not even going to get into the fact that i was trying to ask her a couple questions and she’s screaming answers from the back of the office. not to mention she’s on the phone with some while working

Looks like a lot of the puplic comments confuse the 1130 W Chestnut St Union Main with the 611 Chestnut St small office. 611 has great service!

This is probably the best small post office in the area.Only one counter employee but he is courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, quick and responsive, hard to find any other local agency with the same type of manner. The only negative issues are the hours which are somewhat limited and parking can be an difficult to get, otherwise 5 stars.
