I have been a resident of Union for a long time and have been to this location plenty of times with nothing negative to say. However, today I was met with the Asian boss/ manager that was there and he was rude. I am appalled by his customer service. So nonchalant. This is not okay and doesn’t exemplify the characteristics of a boss/manager.

I went to make a delivery and the man was very rude when he said that they were closing in 15 minutes and that he couldn't help me with the delivery, but there are ways and ways of saying things, he really didn't want to help

Went here to get a book split up and spiral bound, when I asked about it the girl looked at me like I was crazy. For some reason other locations are able to provide this service but this one can’t. Absolutely useless.

Wouldn't supply a password to their UPS Free Wi-Fi, so I had to leave the store to refresh my browser to get my Amazon code to ship my item back.

I came into the store with a simple return with my package, packed and ready and the lady with the short gray hair gave me such a bad attitude and she was yelling at me that I had the wrong place but my return was for ups all she had to do was scan the QR code and she made a big deal over nothing as if she hates her job and gave me so much attitude. I wouldn’t recommend coming here !!!

Wonderful experience. I had a very large ,heavy, bulky package to return. My granddaughter and I could not manage to carry it into the store. Voila they had a hand truck. The clerical help was very very helpful.

Great store, with great people. Always ready to help with any questions and concerns and fun to just chat with. And, if I have any concerns, they are quick to answer it for me. Highly recommend.

I always use this store for returns and they always treat me well, except when the chubby Asian is there, he is a very rude and hateful person, when he is there I prefer not to go in, apart from being like that with the customer today I witnessed How he spoke badly to an employee. They really should remove this person. People who are not educated or courteous should not work in public!

The people who work there are so rude. You walk in and they ignore you and keep doing what they are doing. They really need to work on their costumer services skills. The shop was empty when I walked in.
