It seemed like a place with good prices to buy work clothes and boots... they didn't have the boots I was looking for but I brought some that are useful for my work. I imagine that if you order them they can get them in good time. I'm coming back for pants.

Dear Owner of The Work Store of Union,
First I want to say that since you have opened your store I’ve purchased items on 2 other occasions. Tonight I chose to head over to your store while my wife was next door at the urgent care. I was greeted by your staff member and I started to look at items that I have been in need of, hiking boots and work pants. I tried on about 3 pants and all three were just too wide in the leg area. I then proceeded, to look at other pants and your staff member Jorge began to respond in a annoyed way after asking if there were any slim fit versus regular fit (I’m a short guy) and he proceeded to then tell me “those are for guys that are going out not to work” then he pointed at some CAT pants which I did not like. I then went on to the boots to see if I can locate a good pair of hiking like boots, your other associate was mindful and went and got the size I needed. After trying the boots on I then went on to look into the reviews of the boots BEFORE purchasing. After looking at the reviews, I then was approached by Jorge asking me if I needed some more Assistance and I started to show him not only the review but the huge price difference in yours and Targets. That wasn’t a problem, what was a problem is there after Jorge tells me I no longer am allowed to come shopping into your store if I am going to be checking website prices and compare in store because your store does not price match. His approach was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO PLACE FOR IT. He then told me how I am wasting their time and not buying anything mind you there was a belt at the counter already waiting for me while I look up the reviews on a pair of boots before I purchase. I never experienced this and this is simply not cool, YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS !!! He continued to tell me I was not allowed to shop there if I am going to shop online, lol who does this. Again, it wasn’t so much the price but his approach was totally unacceptable, he could’ve just say no and kept it moving. I work in Corporate America and in todays world businesses similar to your needs every customer to meet your monthly numbers, you will decline if Jorge’s approach is this way to customers.

This is one of the best stores for work boots that i have ever been too. They literally have variety of different shoes and they are mad comfy. The service is absolutely amazing. The employees are not there to just sell you any shoe so they can make a sell. They ask you questions of your type of work and show you the shoes that are going to be great for your type of work that you do. Other shoe stores just sell you the shoe just to get a sell but this store doesn't. They really care for your comfortability and your money. They just want you to be happy at your job. Not like the redwing store. I went there and i got no service. They didnt even ask if im going to be comfortable. They just want to sell me the shoe and take my money without taking good care of me first. THIS STORE IS AMAZING AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.
