I purchased from this seller through Walmart online. I returned the item to a Walmart store on 11/25/21, today is 1/31/22 and I still have not received my credit back from this seller. I have reached out to them several times and they asked me for the order number then they stopped responding to me. No resolution in sight. Don't by from this seller!

Company that will go out of there way to scam you. My package was not delivered due to the fact I live in a rural area. They got the package back. And yet refuse to refund me. I've gone round and round with customer support basically gives me the figure and tells me to contact eBay if I want a refund.

I orded head phones from this company more then two weeks and I still don't have them. When I e- mailed them there response was wait 14 more days and then e-mail us again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I normally do not write reviews prior to receiving an order, but their choice of shipping is horrible. They selected FedEx which then handed off to USPS and a 200 mile delivery turned into a 8 day delivery schedule. I am hoping it only takes 8 days as it had already been delayed 2 of those 8.I also experienced very slow website ordering. But, they do reply to email inquiries within 1 or 2 hours.

I ordered a Bluetooth headset product was defective. They told me send it back and AFTER they receive it the will send me another one. I find this a poor business practice. After sending a defective item at the least you should overnight me a working one. Stay clear of this company if you plan on having a working item in a timely manner.

I placed an order through Newegg that was apparently supposed to be fulfilled by Techrabbit. Over the course of 3 months I was sent the wrong product three separate times and each time trying to get a return lable to then get the "correct" item shipped (which never happened) was like pulling teeth. I have still never received the correct product and am in the process of trying to get the final return label so that I may get a refund.

I've ordered a couple times from techrabbit now, after initially finding a super good deal on a smart watch. This place seems super legit, free shipping (yes its slow, this is why its free) but everything has been as advertised and super good deals so far. Needless to say, I recommend

I give them five stars because TechRabbit did right by me when there was a problem. I bought a Zagg Pocket Keyboard for $20 instead of the usual $70. It must have said "refurbished" somewhere on the web page but I only noticed the "refurbished" tag they included with the keyboard! Anyway, I also discovered that it did not work at all. I called the number they had given for a warranty service but got no answer. A week later I was about to write a negative review of TechRabbit but decided to try calling one more time. This time the number worked! Their customer/warranty service was helpful and friendly, they sent the return label IMMEDIATELY and the package return was easy and free. They received it back on a Monday and I got my reimbursement that Friday -- a sufficiently timely manner in my opinion. SO – if you don’t mind taking the risk that their stuff won’t work, you can rest assured that TechRabbit will do right by you if there’s a problem. One comment for TechRabbit: make sure to include hours of operation on the slip with the warranty service phone number!!

I was very disappointed that the three pair of power beats I purchased for Christmas were used. I was assured by customer service they were new when I questioned this. They were synced with devices and were already named Mark and Alma’s devices.

Confirmed purchase cancelled due to overselling. Web site functions poorly and communication with customer service by email only. A very poor sales experience, I will not purchase from this outfit.
