Today after a year I return to this site to open a business account, the manager saw me arrive at 11:40 am, I told him what I was coming for, I asked for my turn and at 2:30 pm when it is my turn the person who "Take care", he tells me that he has things to do and they can't help me, no one else helped me including the manager, who tells me to come back another day, I told them that it is disrespectful knowing what I was going for and if they couldn't help me They should have said it from the beginning and not made me waste 3 hours to do nothing.That is the WORST TD BANK HEADQUARTERS.BAD ATTENTION, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NO ONE DOES ANYTHING TO IMPROVE.I've been waiting for 45 minutes to be attended to and nothing.I think they should improve customer service, because customers come to this bank because we trust and expect good service, but I think it is disrespectful to wait so long,If they cannot attend, they must also inform what time they can come to be attended to.

ineffectiveness, lack of knowledge of work processes, bad treatment, abuse of an elderly woman, denial of her rights, ignoring the needs of my mother, the officer who attended to her, and the supervisor (I do not know their names at the moment) my mother lacks fluid dialogue and they refused to help her, they canceled her account, she cannot use her funds for the moment, more than 5 hours and we left without a response, but for my mother and for all the elderly ladies I will continue This process. . And they took her debit card and refused to return it. My mother left TD Bank sad and disappointed.

The worse bank ever … if you want to wait at least 2 hours just go and hang out there … the manager looks like he does not care , he even went out of his desk .. I’m assuming he needs fresh air .. but not intention to help clients

Always something wrong with the ATMs. What you expect to be a 5 minute trip becomes 35-45 minutes of your time. Worst TD location

They cater to their own kind. Yes the man in the picture only sits in his office and talk on the phone. However, they take certain people in there and he drops what he's doing to help them. I was in there on March 14, a young lady in training helped me and shorted me 10 dollars. I am going to change banks now I had enough from broke atm's and unprofessional people. They don't cater to elder or disabled sad. Lastly why isn't your cash available immediately?

I took my business account from here and went to chase because of the lack of professionalism and the feeling of being uncomfortable by the man who i am assuming is the manager. As I waited over an hour to get assistance I noticed he would accommodate specific people who just walked in while there was an entire lobby filled of people as if our money doesn’t matter? Realistically the banks are around because of the customers so we may be the reason you have a job today. The tellers and customer service reps were very nice and apologized for the long wait, as they drowned in work. I also saw them asking for help and this man just did not help. I may not be a huge corporation but It’s my understanding that to successfully run a business you need to work as a team, provide excellent customer service, and make it a great work environment which you can tell outside looking in that’s not what happens here. Stay away from banking here and working here!!

This bank is very unprofessional and lacks quality service. Every time I go there the wait time is always bad. The manager literally acts like he doesn’t care and no matter what I’ve asked, it never ever changes. He is lackadaisical because there is a big Spanish community that goes there that drives his numbers . Maybe they are comfortable with the fact everyone that works there is primarily Spanish so they are complacent about other things. . But once they realize that they are entitled to better service, that bank will have to change management in order to be considered a good branch. It’s still not a good bank but the Spanish community gives them numbers and obviously not a lot of push back so they don’t feel like they have to give them quality. I really hate that branch. Go for yourself you’ll see. Just walk in and look to the right- you’ll see people sitting and standing because there’s no room to wait since they are so backed up. Look to the left and you’ll see the manager in there that does nothing but apologize and not fix a thing. He apologizes to be pc but trust me, he doesn’t care because he doesn’t fix a thing!You deserve better service. Don’t waste your time there.To the Spanish community I say don’t let the fact that everyone speaks Spanish in there blind you to think you have quality service. If you don’t demand better service that’s what he will continue to give you.

Gonna agree with the below reviews . Been here already 1 hour it’s fully of people and the 2 managers . I gotta asssume they are managers because they got their own office just sitting there ! How about you help the customers in the bank before making calls to outbound customers! Sheesh Very poor customer service and definitely reporting to the better business bureau for bad service . Plus I see people are asking him when he’s gonna help and he says he’s busy. How is this guy running the bank ?
