Service in this branch is getting worse and worse. I just spend 45 minutes in the drive thru. They had only 1 newbie handling about 20 cars waiting on the line.

The ATMs always seem to be down every time I go to this branch. I would say they are down 95% of the time, which is VERY INCONVENIENT. I always have to drive to another branch because this one is not reliable. It's a shame, because this bank is in a great location but the service & reliability are abysmal to say the least.

The bank on chestnut is a horrible place toDo business . I went thru the drive thru instead of going in the bank because I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t want to expose people to whatever I had. So I deposited my money with a lady at the window and told her that I needed a new card because somebody stole my cards at the hotel I was staying in. She insisted on telling me I had to come in the branch, once again I said I can’t I’m sick I said I have covid although I wasn’t sure yet. When I said that she poured sanitizer on my ID and threw it at me and said get out of here you alien monster our machine is broke. I was so frustrated and on fire because I was told to go thru the drive thru and the fact I was assaulted, it was bad enough the cleaning lady of my room stole my cards. I went right in that branch to curse that lady out at that point then she said her name and picture is all over the wall as If she got pull and nothing would happen she need to be fired. I also felt discriminated against cause I’m disabled and she called me a alien monster and she called the police on me while I’m under complete distress I needed my card to pay for another hotel until I get tested for covid. If I was feeling so sick and stressed I would’ve pressed charges for assault on her and the fake she was the manager a frail woman brown skin. She need to fired what for she did to me.

There's a reason why this particular branch location has such low Google reviews.The bank manager chose NOT to waive the $10 check cashing fee.Not only that, they charge $5.99 per month for the cheapest bank account if you don't want to carry a balance.Other than having free pens that you can grab without any additional fees it's best to just go anywhere else for banking.Definitely go to the Santander Bank branch, they have no banking fees on your basic checking account as long as you do one debit card transaction per calendar month.

Service at this branch has become bad. They have become rude at times and slow service. I've seen a steady decline at this branch. I would think twice before opening a account here.

Please be advised stay away from this bank worst customer service the worst branch manager and they’re very rude and I had to charge me charge me $10 to cash a check. I spoke to Tanya who’s the branch manager I’m gonna take this to corporate this is crazy stay away she is very rude and cursed me out!!

DO NOT open a business account, let alone any other personal banking account with this branch. They make clerical errors with your accounts on a regular basis. This takes time to resolve for the customers. They also offer no sort of protection for your business account against fraud, so if you’re a victim, you’ll have to open a new account and pay fees. They never pick up their phones. They are always short staffed. Most of the time have only one drive-thru lane open. They have horrible customer service. They are also very stingy with providing change. This branch should be closed due to all these unhappy customers.
