I was overwhelmed with moving and decisions. I'm very picky and called David on a whim as location was near my job. David was super knowledgeable and very professional. He lives/speaks/breathes mattress talk. I trusted my gut and decided to buy a mattress from him. Communication and delivery was superb. Can't wait to try my mattress ♥️

I got a foam encased double pocketed coil Double sided soft/firm mattress from here and it’s awesome, affordable, and FAST!David got it done easily for me in 2 weeks and they set it up in my house

So It has been close to two years since our purchase of a reversible, hinged, King size mattress from these folks, I enjoyed the great conversation during my two visits and the details David and his father added to my needs. Not only was the price unbelievably low, but I can say that after this amount of time past the mattress is just like the day it was delivered to my home. If I could you would get 7 stars.C

Okay, I had to keep buying mattresses and returning them because they weren't firm enough. And then I found this place. David is literally so amazing. He comes to your place. And figures out exactly what you need and they set up everything themselves. I'm so happy with the level of firmness. They do a wide variety of firm levels and even soft ones and I couldn't recommend anyone better. He's a patient guy who always wears a smile and gets you the product you need. The prices are really good for the quality we got. I sleep so well now. Thank you David.

Above and beyond!My parents were in need of a queen size mattress ASAP. I immediately started researching online for our possibilities in finding the best quality mattress at a fair price in the area. After reading several great reviews about Sleep Factory Inc, I decided to make the phone call. Dave answered and instantly his professionalism and caring about my concerns gave me the confidence I was talking to the right person. Once I was explained what was better based on my parents needs, I decided to make the purchase. Arrangements were made for payment and delivery. Without meeting David personally, nor trying the matress in advance, I had plenty of confidence on his suggestion about which matreess was best for my parents. And 4 hours later … the matress was at my front door being delived by David and his father! And after 2 weeks … my parents said I couldn´t have made a better choice for them. Great quality matress!!! So many great reviews can´t be a coisidence. This company is top of the line with regards to customer service, matress performance, and afordable prices.
