I am a weekly shopper at the Union location and I'd like to request an item. Franklin Farms plant-based tuna. Original and jalapeno. It is a refrigerated product that is usually found in the produce section with tofu and other plant-based product. This product and Impossible plant-based products are the two vegetarian products that come closest in taste and appearance to tuna and beef respectively.

I just had groceries delivered. Instructions are explicit to leave at garage door as person there has problems with stairs. They were left up front porch stairs and therefore not retrievable by person. They will now spoil before I can get home to help. A complete waste as I will now have to waste time going shopping, and money as it doubles cost. Will never use the Union Shop Rite again.

I love this shoprite. It's always clean, the staff is always friendly and the place is huge so they have a great selection of groceries. And the fruits and vegetables are always fresh

I have been a customer at ShopRite Union for years and the customer service does not disappoint! Thank you guys so much for keeping a safe and clean shopping environment for all your customers. Special shoutout to Tony in the fish department he was kind, helpful and let me know about the weekly promotions with my price plus card. He even walked my order to my cart when he saw I was with my baby and she was a little fussy. I love the customer service! 10/10!

Very nice place to shop. Neatly stacked and cashiers were open. Customer service was good when asked for an item. I would recommend.

The shop from home department is the worst. I was waiting for about an hour for 8 items which was a catering order and should have been ready upon pick up. The girl at pickup said she was waiting on an item i go to the counter that's preparing it and they say they're waiting for the girl to come get it. Poor communication skills is what's causing me to wait an hour. l've been to every Shoprite in the Union county area and I can tell you this one has the longest wait by far. I spoke to the manager and he took it upon himself to personally correct this matter. For his immediate action on this I gave it 3 stars

Came here because I was looking for inexpensive sushi after work, and hopefully some managers special offerings. This store is fine, the sushi is ok but not the best, and I wasn’t able to find a managers special section, which if that is a draw for you, not here. But otherwise, the entirety of the store is a fine and regular grocery store.

So I grab a pineapple and the sale price was $1.99.
At self check out the price come out at $2.49. I mentioned to the lady supervising the self check out line and she says the price was higher because I scanned it instead to put it manually. My answer to that was ....how the costumer are supposted to know that? And on my response she get`s very nasty and unfriendly. Happened yesterday at 12 noon by the deli check out!!!
Shame on the management to hire such human beast!!!

The unfriendly older black woman at the self-checkout should not let her emotions affect her, and her racist behavior towards white customers is unacceptable in any store. Very mean and another thing what she ignored when I told her there is no ink in the printer for the coupons. She just ignored it because Miss perfect racist against white people doesn’t care at all.

Best location, hands down. Everything is always stocked and their prepared food is great. Fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, and their sushi (freshly prepared in-store) are excellent.
