I came here after getting an email about the legendary once a year sale. I came hesitantly because I was not sure if it was going to be good and if I could find something. I was delighted to find that the sale is 110% worth it. I got a jacket and more than a few shirts and sweaters. The sale carriers almost everything the brand manufactures! The people who work at the factory are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I would like to thank Jerri and the salt and pepper haired man inside that helped me get all the help I needed. It was well worth the trip and I will be coming back.

I had purchased a Schott NYC 137W jacket online from another retailer, and as expected the sleeves were a bit too long on me as I am very petite. I contacted Schott to inquire about hemming the sleeves and they were extremely communicative. I was able to ship my jacket in and the turnaround was unbelievably fast. I had it back a week later, and the jacket fits me perfectly now! Jerri Reyes, who is in charge of alterations, is very kind and helpful. Thanks Schott for an incredibly well-made jacket and great customer service!
