Just received stellar customer service today, 06/15/2021 from Pablo and Lillian. They made me feel like a valued customer and both were knowledgeable about products and answered all of my banking questions diligently. I highly recommend banking at this branch as the customer service is unparalleled.

I’ve been with Santander for such a long time, they were Sovereign back then, now I’m closer to closing all my accounts with them. ATMs are so inconsistent and in this time of need, one would think they’d be reliable but no. Thank you for not accepting my cash deposit through the ATM, I’ll go elsewhere.

This is a amazing bank the staff helps you right away and tell you the best choice when it comes down to it. The reason why i didn't this the, 5 stars is because i am in a wheelchair, and trying to get by both doors is tough. I've told them many times about the door, and i was told by one of the staff to talk to corporate about the doors. wasn't much help with that but everything else is great. Even know when they see ,me coming not one of them comes to the door to help they just say hi good,moring like i wasn't having a easy time.
