Cashiers at this branch are excellent, Brian Duarte was very disrespectful, not willing to help me and also look down on me when l was at the bank for transaction. Poor customer service.

Tuve cuenta en este banco durante mas de 3 aí±os, y hace como mas de un mes fui para cerrar la cuenta de cheques y la de ahorro. Me devolvieron el dinero que tenia en la cuenta y me fui. Un mes despues el dueí±o de la casa donde yo vivia, me dio unos papeles del banco que habian llegado (por que yo me mudé despues de haber cerrado las cuentas en el banco), revisé y me aparece que tengo sobregiro por tres transacciones. Fui al banco y me dijeron que la cuenta de cheques aun esta activa y que debo pagar alrededor de $90 por las transacciones y $130 de multa con un total $221. No tiene sentido porque al monento de cancelar las cuentas me preguntaron; cuenta de ahorro y cheques y yo dije si, lo hicieron y yo firmé dos copias y en ningun monento me dijeron que no se podia ni me explicaron nada mas. Entonces ahora que fui me tuve que pagar todo eso y que tengo que regresar otro dia para cerrar la cuenta de cheques cuando en realidad se suponia que ya se habia hecho. Las transacciones que me aparecen son con fecha antes de pedir que clausuraran mis cuentas.
