I have been a patient for over three years and recently encountered an issue with my insurance that was out of my control. I am currently waiting for the government office to resolve it. When I asked the office if I could pay for my visit out of pocket, as I was in pain, they refused to accommodate me. This experience has left me very unsatisfied with this practice. I feel that they do not care about their patients at all, and I strongly do not recommend them.

Dr. Phillip Ceraulo and staff are the best that I’ve been to. I seen several other pain management groups/doctors with ok results, with Dr. Phillip Ceraulo I always have good results, because he will not stop until he get to the problem.
He and his staff are very friendly and professional. I would recommend Dr. Phillip Ceraulo to everyone.

Very well organized. The pain management doctor provided exceptional care, helping me manage my chronic pain with a comprehensive and personalized treatment plan. The staff is hard working courteous and very committed to their job. I am recommending this clinic to everyone!

My experience at Redefine healthcare has been wonderful. Everyone in the office is very nice and extremely accommodating. My pain is very well managed and on less medication than I was on more medication with other pain Drs.

I see Dr. Ceraulo for sciatica & lower back pain. He explains things clearly & I think is conservative in his treatment (which I view as a positive!). He gave me an epidural for my lower back pain, but we agreed to wait on an epidural for my sciatica to see how successful my PT is. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Ceraulo is an amazing doctor. He is kind and compassionate. He takes the time to listen to your symptoms and explain different treatment options.I have been suffering from chronic pain over several months and am finally able to manage it under Dr. Ceraulo's care.The support staff is also so friendly and helpful!
