In this age of internet retail, physical stores need to provide exceptional customer service, friendliness and knowledge to retain customers. This wasn't my experience when I was last there. Two staffers were aloof and not very welcoming. They do have a great variety of cigars and, if prompted, the staff is knowledgeable.

Excellent boutique cigar lounge with some of the best hidden gem cigars! Staff was very knowledgeable of the cigars. Location is perfect for me! I will definitely be returning!!

Great service. I was in here to pick up some cigars for my father's birthday. I was helped by Anthony and he was such a huge help. He had experience, customer stories, and he was just friendly and helpful. Anthony, thank you. Can't wait to give these cigars to my dad.
